Stayed here for a weekend and it was a average place. It was very quite over the weekend as it is located near an industrial area. The bulletproof glass at the reception area was a little strange, but we had an uneventful stay. The rooms were not 5 star, but it is very comfortable for the price.
If I was ever in Colton again for an event, I would stay at this location again.

Needed a place to stay overnight while my vehicle was being repaired. Had to be in walking distance and this hotel was across the street. Rates were very good with senior discount and they upgraded me to a suite. I did not ask why but just accepted it. Room was clean, spacious and had a king bed, microwave and refrigerator. Needed to eat and walked two blocks to taco place, mc donalds, Filippino place and about 8 other eateries. Night was quiet and the 215 and 10 freeways were close by. Breakfast was not that much but was free. I enjoyed my stay and would go back

My room had a small sofa and coffee table, not to mention a nice tv. Clean bed, not exactly my idea of comfortable but it did the job. There was plenty of parking and it wasn't far from food and stores. Good water pressure in the shower, hair dryer, fridge. Good price. It wasn't THE nicest room I've ever been in, but I liked the price and I would stay here again.

If every person who stayed here wrote a review there would be more good reviews than bad ones. It is the nature of the beast that people tend to write bad reviews and forget to write the good ones. Room is clean and spacious. Great view of palm trees outside window. Located very close to a plethora of stores and restaurants. I have a special place in my heart for underrated places that’s why I give this spot a perfect score. Hopefully, people who stay here and have a good experience will remember to write a positive review because the people who are disgruntled for whatever reason surely won’t forget to write a bad one.

Our room was filthy. The sheets had not been changed from the last occupants. When I called they came to the door and handed me a sheet. We did not have any towels and were told we could walk down to the office and get some. The refrigerator did not work and smelled moldy. The floor was black from dirt. They advertise free breakfast and did not even have coffee, stating it was due to covid. They required guests wear masks (good) but none of the hotel staff ever wore a mask. They advertise senior and AAA discounts but I was told they don't do that.

First, I'm a top tier member at Choice and I requested an early check in. Which was denied. No biggie. I came back later to discover that even though I booked a non smoking room they had reserved a smoking room which I them change. Go to pay with my card and I was told that since my card doesn't have a chip, I'd have to pay cash. The thing is I watched 2 other guests get coned into paying for both room and deposit via cash for other supposed reasons. Most hotels try hard to shy away from having to accept cash and even if they do take cash, it's not without a card held on file for deposit. This hotel was promoting using cash. Which I find very suspicious. They are either cooking their books, to cheap to pay the credit card fees, or worse, trying to keep both the room and deposit money using cash. I called Choice and switched properties and advised them of this sketchy hotel. Just a mile down the street is a comfort inn which is “normal”.

It is very disappointing to learn of the bad impression we made during your recent stay due to the condition of the hotel. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to ensure that nobody smokes in non-smoking rooms, it does occasionally happen and I hope you’ll accept our sincerest apologies for the smell of smoke that you experienced. However, your reservation did not specifically book for a non-smoking room. Regarding the hotel taking cash only, please know that we also accept credit cards. However, we have asked for cash payment because your credit card does not have an EMV chip which is required to pay using cards. We are forever working to improve upon the guest experience during our renovation process and I hope you will remember our attributes for when you return during another trip to the area to see how we have improved to impress you even more. The room and the location arnt the best but what really made this place was the STAFF. Everyone who works here is amazing and super friendly. Yes somethings here arnt great but the staff will go above and beyond to try to make things better for you. Lily at the front desk is absolutly AMAZING! She always has a smile on and always made my day better every time. Housekeeping is super approachable and fun to interact with. Staff has made me feel safe as a female staying here. I 100% would come back because of the Staff. (I give the Hotel Overall a 3.5 But Lily at the front Desk is why i gave a full 5 Stars)

I stayed here for 5 nights as my sister was in an accident and was in a nearby hospital. Unfortunately I had booked this room prior to my arrival and was told I would be charged my full reservation price if I cancelled it when I arrived! The room was dark, dingy and smelled like an ashtray. There were stains on the carpet, couch and bedspread. The room looks nothing like the pictures on the website.... run down and overall dirty. Every day I had to practically beg for clean towels, housekeeping consisted of taking out my old towels and one time emptying the trash! There was a huge cockroach on the wall outside. The front desk was never much help, rarely answered the phone and always said well you will have to come get that when they did answer. No pet hotel, yet huge dogs in several rooms, barking ... front desk... don’t care. I did get my own pet though,this is Henry the roach

First of all, I Didn't feel safe. Front desk was not welcoming. Overall I made mistake staying here. The free breakfast was a joke. The wifi was slow. I hate being so harsh but if your use to staying in 3 start hotel and higher and you go here... This hotel gives it a different definition. I wouldn't stay there for free.

I had no complaints about this hotel. I prefer enclosed hallways but other than that, it was great. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
