The Sea View Inn was an amazing stay. We stayed for one night in June 2012. Each room is unique, beautifully decorated and very cosy. Ours was beautiful (it was #4 or 5 - I can't remember!) and they also have much larger rooms on the first floor which looked even nicer! We were greeted very warmly by the host...

This place is incredible! From the moment you arrive you feel incredibly welcome (they flew the Union flag for us!) and you know you've made the right choice. Our room was big, clean and oh so cool... My fiance wants to mention the fluffy towels! The wine in the afternoons is superb while the breakfast, in particular the fruit, is...

A lovely, charming place, close to the beach and close-ish to the village centre. Our 2nd floor (3rd for the Americans) Dormer room was indeed not large, but we did not bring a cat to swing and we coped. The plus is that no upstairs neighbour's footsteps disturbed our rest. Breakfast was bountiful and tasty. It was served in the...

We booked this B6B because of the great reviews I had read on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed! The hotel is not located on the main street, it's a couple of blocks away, but it only takes you 10 minutes to walk to all the shops and restaurants so that was not a problem for us. We had booked one...

Staying at the Sea View Inn was like staying at a friends house in the delightful seaside town of Carmel. The Sea View Inn is no more than five minutes walk to Carmel's beautiful beach and probably about 10 minutes to Ocean Drive, the towns main street. We were in a smallish room on the 3rd floor and could see...

Stayed at this cozy B & B for one evening. Located a few blocks from Carmel Beach; easy walk to downtown Carmel. Room was up on the third floor; narrow stairs ascending to third floor and shared bathroom all of which seems to fit in with the warm ambiance of this B & B. Staff are inviting and helpful, readily...

Nothing else to say, but it was great, we extended our stay as a result. Amazing hospitality, sound rooms/bathrooms, fantastic brekker. We loved it.

We recently stayed at the Sea View Inn for two nights. We had one of the less expensive rooms on the top floor, one with an actual sea view. It was fine. The friendly management was very helpful with suggestions on local restaurants and sights to see. The breakfasts were "high class", with interesting baked goods, jams, yogurt, fruit, cereals,...

Stayed here in July 2011 with family. Lovely place to stay close to shops/restaurants and in a quiet area of town. Would definitely stay again.

Great location only a 10 minute walk to Ocean avenue - the main drag - and only 5 minutes to the ocean itself and great views. This is a three story Carmel cottage, with the living room, eating area, kitchen on the main floor, and the rooms above. We were on the third floor in room 5. Quite small with...
