We had a wonderful stay here last year. Breakfast in the room was very nice, and the staff were friendly. The small size has a quaintness about it (like Carmel itself) that made for a perfect romantic getaway. The biggest reason to return, however, would be the room itself. Spacious with high ceilings and a fireplace, we could have contentedly...

Loved staying there. Easy walk to town. Friendly service. Pretty rooms. A very fun happy hour with Lori! Loved meeting her! Delicious breakfast. Close to Pebble Beach for golf. The restaurants and art galleries were glorious!

Facts : over 500 USD per night mind you at peak season. Well located in center town but no view or any particular charm. Very nice room. Very clean . Good breakfast service . No additional service . In particular, expect to carry your own luggage.

Spent a spontaneous night here. Lori, the hostess of the happy hour, was beyond delightful. Very nice people/service here! Would definitely stay again. Great location for walking around the town - eating, shopping, etc.

We stayed for three days over Thanksgiving. Walking distance to town, the beach and hiking trails along 17 mile drive in Pebble Beach. Comped happy hour each night w/local wines and continental breakfast each morning. Rooms and bathroom are clean, but in need of some updating. The beds were not super comfortable and sloped--suggesting that the mattresses may need to...

We stayed in Carmel and booked the Carriage House Inn, right in the town easy walk down the hill to the beach, but up hill back. Had a very nice large bedroom, they had complimentary drinks in the reception area from 5pm to chat with other guests. Breakfast was served in your room with a choice the night before. Over...

We arrived just in time for happy hour, which was unexpected and a great perk after many hours driving. The room was quiet, cozy, and clean, and all in-room snacks and drinks were complimentary! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Great hotel for couples in good location. We have stayed many times and as in the past the room was large, comfortable and clean with lots of light. One short flight of stairs to navigate. Good breakfast choices. Plenty of galleries, shopping and good restaurants within walking distance. Worth the price.

Very pretty rooms and baths. Fireplace, romantic though no view but very quiet and easy walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Pricey but worth it. Free Parking which is important in that location.

We stayed here after some primative accommodation in Yosemite and what a lovely treat it was!! We sadly missed the complimentary wine and cheese at 6/7 as we didn't know about it and checked in too late but we heard it was great. So make sure you try that out if you can. We were on our honeymoon and the...
