Located near centre of town, about five minutes walk to the river front which has lots of restaurants. Plenty of good walks along the river and mangroves 9tip: watch for mudskippers at low tide. Fish with lungs) Room was a good size, very clean and airy. Aircon & wifi worked well. They have safety deposit boxes (free) behind reception, but... More

This is a cute family run lodge, well situated near the walking street market in Krabi and also walking distance to the pier (to go to Railay). The lady owner is a wonderful hostess and was very happy to help us and give good information on Krabi. The room was nice and SPOTLESS and we thoroughly enjoyed having aircon! We... More

...and if you are a Russian and got put there with BiblioGlobus, either forget about the sea or prepare to move to Ao Nang at your own expense. This hotel is the 'overspill' option for BiblioGlobus - a Russian travel agency. They have a kickback agreement with fairly few hotels in the area - and this is one of them.... More

Stayed for 2 nights before heading to Ao Nang, it's right in the centrum close to a 7/11 and a 2 mins walk from the shopping street. Rooms were clean (stayed in 2 different ones as they only had a family room for the second night) and they had air con and a small fridge, bathrooms weren't too good but... More

Stayed here for 2 weeks. We went from Krabi to Phuket for few days, but returned few daws earlier, than expected. We realised, that our room (wich was actually paid) was given to another person. And the owners throw some of our belongings out and lost it! And they even didn't apologize!

Nice and clean but far from the beach (20 minutes ride). Friendly staff. Dont expact much from breakfast - its just two toasts with marmelade and Thai coffee.) But surroundings are great: two markets, night and morning (really interesting to visit), caffees and restaurants. Bus (tuk tuk) to beach is near and it takes 25 minutes and 50 bat to... More

Apart from the obvious excrement stained towels which we asked to be replaced with yet more stained linen, the service was pretty rude. "Incl breakfast" at Thepparat lodge means 2 slices of toast and overly sugared juice which I imagine would be 10% from fruit. Don't waste your time here even if you get a 50% discount from a website.
