This was our third visit to Hilton Niseko Village and if you are looking for a great place to stay where you can ski in and out, this is the hotel!! Without a doubt, apart from the convenient ski in and out, together with the ski valet, the best thing about this hotel is the staff. I can honestly say...

Skied and stayed with my family at this property over New Years for 4 nights. The hotel looks like something out of a James Bond Movie. I have a hard time explaining it but it is circular in design and the whole building was put together like legos. The rooms reminded me of being on a cruise ship (right down...

Indeed, this is a great place for beginners. There is little hassle to walk over the ski school which is 10m away. There are eateries within the area for a convenient lunch. The onsen was a great experience. Picture sitting in the hot open-air onsen with snow flakes landing on your head! Room was a bit small for 2 adults...

For beginner skiers/ boarders, this is a good choice as the lessons take place just outside the hotel. Just gear up and step out. However, the crowds can be overwhelming (it is a large hotel) and you will end up queueing for the breakfast buffet, and the ski valet, which is a pain. Even the onsen will not be a...

No real faults with the hotel or service . If I were you I would upgrade to one of the refurbished rooms on higher floors . Free green tea dispenser in hallway which was nice . Nice to be able to ski to the bottom and drop your skis and boots at a valet reception area . Get a package...

I and my bf arrived to Hilton Niseko Village at 15:20, there were crowd of people in the lobby. Loads of luggages were messy at the front door. We queued up for check-in for about 10 mins. When I check-in, I gave her my booking confirmation print out, but she said cannot find my reservation. She then asked other staff,...

Stay here for 1st time skiing, overall it was a good experience with a few notes for the Hotel about the staff,i.e: 1. Seems a lot of new staff on board that do not know the Hotel Policy, which take a while to get some information 2. HHonors counter though it was not specified but the queing line for lr...

Great location, ski in/out with in-hotel ski valet. Everything works so well. Friendly and helpful staff. Average accommodation and food but the powder makes of for any shortcomings making this an excellent vacation overall.

This was my second time at the Hilton Niseko Village - the last being 5 years ago - not so much out of choice but because it's the better of only two options of you want 'ski-in/ski-out' in Niseko. I'll start with the positive. The staff are generally excellent. They go out of their way to help. I want to...
