Once we had decided to get married and have the reception at The Hilton, it was the best decision we ever made. They literally took care of everything and any request we had they were able to make it work. The staff were simply outstanding. We had so many mentions on the day and following about how attentive and helpful...

Stay here for 1st time skiing, overall it was a good experience with a few notes for the Hotel about the staff,i.e: 1. Seems a lot of new staff on board that do not know the Hotel Policy, which take a while to get some information 2. HHonors counter though it was not specified but the queing line for lr...

We loved this hotel! We booked very early,so received a great discount. Breakfast was fabulous, best buffet ive seen. The room were clean and spacious. We were on a skiing holiday with our 2 teenage boys, so had 2 room.Perfect! Fabulous ski in and out. Fabulous onsen! Complimentary shuttle to Hirafu was great. The lobby bar, restaurants were constantly cold. Trying to get someone to serve you in the lobby bar becomes a sport. The breakfast buffet was low quality and expensive although the lobby bar provided coffee and a very small selection of pastries - it didn't open until 9am. It needs a Starbucks type outlet. Good location next to the Gondola.

I think this hotel a bit expensive than we got. The room is oldish and small. A bit smelly on the bathroom. To play winter activities is a good choice but if you are just want to sightseeing its better you looking the hotel on hirafu. The breakfast is queing and the food really average.

We really enjoyed this ski-in/ski-out resort! Can't beat the access to the gondola and has a great ski storage service that was quick and easy. The onsen was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed; I had a great massage in the spa, and our meals were quite good. We all found the staff to be very eager...

This was my first time in Niseko and the Hilton was the perfect spot to stay! I've skiied in Hakuba where the mountain was better but I would come back to Niseko purely for the Hilton. The Accommodation: The rooms are reasonably sized, especially by Japanese standards. Our room had 4 single beds in it. 3 singles fit perfectly but...

Pros:- Fantastic location for snow activities. Getting around:- free hotel shuttle bus or niseko united bus at hotel door. Getting there:- taking a bus is easier as it stops at hotel door. Free connecting bus to Kutchan train station is limited. Or Yen 5000 on taxi. Lovely hot spring (free for hotel guest). Clean room. Good ski gear storage service...

The hotel is in the snow - that's a great plus. There is a free shuttle bus that runs about every 60 minutes in the evening - I noted that the night skiing finishes at 8:45 pm, but the concierge that looks after snowboards/skis/boots closes earlier than that. This hotel is extremely dated and tired. It has lit displays of...

Loved the resort, people and food! Will be back next year! Get the United pass to hit all the slopes! Get familiar with the free bus and stops it'll save $ on cabs, hirafu has some great restaurants! Moon bar, Buddha bar etc the "barn" was way over priced and the food mediocre I won't be back to the barn
