The staff were very helpful, in the entire hilton village. The place maybe a bit far but having kids with you, I think this will be the place to stay. If you are not planning on anything else, that ur main purpose is to ski and relax, this is the place to be. My kids can just be in the...

We had a great stay over 8 days in a Twin Deluxe Family Mt Yotei room in this 5-star hotel. Friendly and professional staff throughout the property. Check-in may be slow if there are several guests in front of you. Our room of 26 sq metres had a wonderful view of Mt Yotei. It was very comfortable, with a King...

Loved our stay at the Hilton Niseko. Great for family or couples. Position perfect. Enjoyed the valet service for boots and ski no fuss no worry. We enjoyed the Onsen baths after a day on the slopes. The breakfast was awesome, and the service great. The shuttle facilities were always ontime. We battled with the shuttle locations for collection from Hokkaido on the first day but soon learnt the ropes. The little street vendors in Hokkaido make awesome pizza's!!!!

The team is not well trained and was not friendly compare to other Japanese hotels that I have stayed during my one week trip in Hokkaido. They put us at a smoking floor without asking if we prefer non smoking rooms. The whole 9th floor smell terrible at the corridor the moment you came out from the lifts. I feedback...

Great onsen with best smelling soap, amongst all the onsens I have visited in niseko, with a large outdoor area with a view. If you want it hotter outside, go furthest in, away from the stairs by the little water spout. You can pay 1000yen at the concierge to visit the onsen if you arent a staying guest, so i...

Stayed here solo for a 3 night ski break. The hotel is the central point for Niseko Village and is truly a ski/in ski out property being right next to the ski lift and shop where you can rent and buy lift passes. In addition there is a ski valet service to hold your skis and boots overnight which adds...

We had a great experience staying for almost a month at the Hilton in Niseko. Yamanaka, shiva, and Cheka-San made us feel just like home at breakfast everyday. The hotel gym is good for pre-snow board warm up and morning stretches. The ski valet service is very convenient and friendly. Thank you ! We will be back next year !

It was our first Hilton hotel stay. Was delighted that they prepared a birthday surprise for my husband. Upon check in, they wanted double checked to see if it had been placed in the room. They also made effort to prepare toiletries and amentities for my young boy prior to our stay. Ski facilities are at the door step of...
