After staying at several privately owned motels on our way up the west coast, I didn't expect much when we arrived at the Campbell Inn, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was probably the best value we had found so far. It is very neat and clean, the rooms had all the modern amenities such as: coffee maker, microwave and...

We stayed at the Campbell Inn for one night and were pleasantly surprised. The price was $112 for two queen-size beds, and we were upstairs almost above the breakfast dining room. Inspite of the fact that it was next to a busy freeway (HIghway 17), it was very quiet. The beds were wonderful, and the room was quite roomy. There...

This hotel has some things going for it. Despite being right on a freeway they don't have a noise problem; but to solve that, the rooms all face one way... which doesn't get any natural air circulation, so our room was very, very stuffy. Our king room had a giant jacuzzi tub, jets and all, which was totally unexpected for...

The place is just not well maintained, looks nice from the outside but the drapes and carpet were dirty. The furniture is chipped and not maintained. The hot and cold water are miss piped in the tub, and light streams through the poor alignment of the door.

Staff was pleasant during check in and check out. The carpet in the room was dirty and felt sticky after walking on them. They really should consider offering room slippers if no refurbishment is planned soon. Sound proofing of the rooms are very poor and you could hear your neighbors and the freeway pretty loudly.

Very old motel, yes this looks more like a motel not a family oriented hotel. Everything is old, even the television is a tube tv, cable (channel lineup) is very limited. not very clean carpets and it is very noisy at night. Do not have a laundry service.

Staff was pleasant enough, and we appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, but we're probably not going to be staying here again--even though we do plan to come to the San Jose area once or twice a year. We'll be looking for a place that has cleaner carpeting and some furnishings that look like they were added...

I would like to talk about the visit I had this Thanksgiving. My sister made reservations for a room for 11/22 to 11/23. She told them that she was handicapped and she needed a room on the bottom floor so it would be easy for her to get to from the parking lot. When we got there they gave her...
