At breakfast our hostess told us that as this was a bed and breakfast, then the bed and the breakfast both have to be good. And they were. The bed was one of the most comfortable we had on our entire California coast drive, and the breakfast deserved the accolades it had received for the best breakfast in America. (We...

Olallieberry Inn was just what we needed. Welcoming but private. We arrived in time for wine and appetizers, had our dinner reservation set and then settled into a truly lovely room with a private balcony overlooking the creek. Our room at the back of the property boasted a fireplace, and high ceilings and a king size bed. Loved our breakfasts...

The Olallieberry Inn is a charming B&B with really nice hosts. Our room (At the Top) was comfortable and clean. The food (cookies, afternoon snacks & breakfast) was good and we appreciated it, but it was not exceptional. We have stayed at B&Bs in other towns and in comparison have overall experienced better value for money.

This was our first time in California and our first B&B and we were delighted to have made such a good choice. The hosts were charming and we enjoyed meeting the other guests over wine and home-made savoury nibbles. What a comfortable bed! We would have liked a TV in the room, but that's just personal preference. Cambria is full...

Ok, it was a little pricey for such a tiny room, but after wine tasting in Paso all day and an awesome dinner (Robin's) it was quaint and comfortable. Waking up to a home cooked breakfast wasn't so bad either! The owners know just about everything there is to know about Cambria and the surrounding area, so use their knowledge...

Our experience simply wasn't as swish as that of many of the others who have posted reviews. We arrived around 5.30pm and the chap simply couldn't wait to get my money from me and then showed us to our room which was in the front hall and right next to the breakfast room. It was pretty small, partly due to...

First, you need to know that this is our 10th trip to The Olallieberry during the past 14-15 years. We have stayed in just about every room in the inn. We have grown to think of this little abode as a home away from home. Each time, we meet new people during the afternoon hors d'oeuvres and breakfast. The staff...

This was our second stay at the Olallieberry Inn in Cambria. The first time we stayed last year, we stayed in the Angel Nook. It was a very cozy and cute room. We found it a bit small so this time we chose the Sunrise Room this time. The room was quite large, has it own bathroom, as do most...

After reading all the rave reviews here and elsewhere, I was prepared for an exceptional experience. Perhaps I missed something, but I was somewhat disappointed. The house was very nice, and the hosts could not have been nicer. However, our room was small, with a very strange shower--one that you had to step down into and where the water ran...

“We stayed in the Room at the Top, and it was quite lovely. It even had a sweet little window seat! The fireplace insert in the room made the rainy days feel more than cozy, and kept us toasty warm. Although the bathroom is five steps across the hall, it is entirely private and was not an inconvenience at all. ”
