It was our first trip to Calistoga and we wanted to experience the mud baths. While the facility is definitely not that of a high end spa, it was clean and the experience was unique and fun. The mud bath is quite warm and a little smelly from the sulphur. I did find it to be quite relaxing. We followed...

As the first time even seeing a mud bath I was shocked by the thick dark warm cement looking mix that you wiggle into and float inside for the bath. Super relaxing once inside --feels good and memorable. But no refined elegance if that is what u want.

We went for our anniversary to have couples mud baths, blanket wraps and massages. Everyone there was extremely friendly and happy to help whenever we needed it. The blanket wrap and massages were amazing. The reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because the spa facilities are a bit run down, and the mineral pool was very heavily chlorinated....

If you've never had a mudbath, try it! If you've had one and not loved it, then try it at Golden Haven Spa. The mud is actually volcanic ash and is mixed with natural hot springs. It is very soothing for your bones and muscles. Of course, it has a unique smell and feel! I've been going to this spa...

My massage was good. Not great but good. The place was a bit rundown but the therapist was nice. I probably won't go back there. But it was an ok 50 minute massage. You check in and pay in the office and then have to walk outside and upstairs for the massage rooms.

On my third visit for a mud bath and massage, I decided to add a facial. Mud baths are wonderful and the three massages I've had here are some of the best I have ever had. The facial was a waste of money. I expected the facial would include a steam machine and extractions but an esthetician. Instead my massage...

We booked a couple's mud bath, mineral bath, towel wrap and 50 minutes massage on the last night of our weeklong anniversary trip. Neither of us had done a mud bath before, so that was a neat, new experience, and cool that we could do it together. The mineral bath was relaxing as well as the towel wrap. Our masseuses...

Best couples mud bath that we have found. Very mindful of your personal privacy while making sure you are well hydrated and comfortable. I have been going here for years with zero disappointment, thank you for the continued great service!

So sorry folks... Motel 6 of Spas. Tried to check in early.... was extremely sick 102 fever they could care less. Really? Had to wait couple hrs. Unwilling to get my room done a bit early, sad. We kept our massage. For those of us who travel a lot this is NOT a massage experience. Linens on table were not...

This was the first time either my husband or I ever had a mud bath and what a treat. It is unlike anything I have ever done and it was really wonderful. Calistoga is know for their mud baths and hot springs. If you are in Calistoga, it is worth trying.
