Fun couples experience. The mud was actually very relaxing but my husband and I were ready to get out after 10-15 minutes since it was extremely hot. Showered off then went into hot tub for a short time. Moved to another room where spa attendant wraps you in a blanket to relax some more. Recommend scheduling treatment during evening hours...

My wife and I thought we'd experience a mud bath along with a massage and decided to try the Golden Haven Hot Springs. The experience was great. The staff could not have been nicer and were always ready to assist when called upon. We would have rated this with 5 stars except that the resort is somewhat dated. The room...

We enjoyed our experience at Golden Haven. The spa is clean, well kept, friendly staff. We started with a mud bath, followed by jacuzzi, warm wrap and a fantastic massage. They were running a special for all of the above services at $167.

Girls getaway and one of our stops was Golden Haven Hot Springs for mud baths. Now first I must say it kinda looks on the outside like a Motel 6 however once you get inside the experience is amazing. We started off with a mud bath and it smelt so bad in there but what do you expect it is...

I and another 2 friends visited the spa for a night. The hotel was very nice and impressive. Facilities are well managed. There are pool, spring tubs, spa, table-tennis, badminton, fire place, and picnic area, for example. The room is good, well functioned with paper dishes, coffee machine, microwave, heater, and so on. The staff are nice and friendly too....

Celebrated my 65th birthday with a mud bath and massage with my husband.. Probably my 10th one because I love them so much. Never disappointed at Golden Haven. We did not stay at the motel so I can't recommend it.

This place was a disappointment. The place was very old and needs major remodeling. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for a place where you can relax and actually feel that you are in a spa.

Enjoyed the half day we were there. Jacuzzi, mineral pool were totally awesome. Had a relaxing weekend for my husband bday. Ate at a BBQ restaurant and it was not far from there. Wished we booked the room but they were no vacancy at all

It was our first trip to Calistoga and we wanted to experience the mud baths. While the facility is definitely not that of a high end spa, it was clean and the experience was unique and fun. The mud bath is quite warm and a little smelly from the sulphur. I did find it to be quite relaxing. We followed...

As the first time even seeing a mud bath I was shocked by the thick dark warm cement looking mix that you wiggle into and float inside for the bath. Super relaxing once inside --feels good and memorable. But no refined elegance if that is what u want.
