I really enjoyed my stay..everyone was kind and i had no issue with anything or anyone..The guy at the front desk really made things easy and accommodating for me. I was in a room however at the opposite end of the lobby on the 2nd floor..I didn’t always want to walk all the way thru the lobby to my car but nothing was marked to make it easy to get out. There were doors but said the alarms would go off (the way i understood it) if i were to go out those doors..I sure wasnt clear to me at all. I needed to take my dog out but sure didn’t make it clear where to go from the inside or out..
So I go to the Anza once a month and Ken is amazing so is Henry the manager, Henry goes above and beyond his job, he actually took me to a few rooms to see what one I like better. Every time I see him, he always acknowledged his customers. He really makes my stay so simple I always look forward to seeing him. Thank you all so much for making my life easier during these crazy times we are in. Much love to all. Liz💜John
My kids and I stayed there during our spring vacation for a few days. Initially, we stayed there until our AirBnB was ready, and the few days we were there, it was great! The room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and you can't beat the location. Well, after we had issues with our AirBnB, I was able to come back to the Anza and redeem the remaining time in LA! I got an early check-in and just had an overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be staying here from now on!
Excelente service and everyone is very friendly. They have a great covid-19 policy that gives you a piece of mine. We are staying as a business trip and they make it so much easier for all of us. Highly recommended!!
