Parking was listed as free on the website when we booked on 6/1. Then we arrive on 6/4 and get a parking fee. The website now says it charges parking as of 6/3. Would have liked a more up front warning.

I have stayed here before but not for a while.
The staff is great, very helpful.
Room clean and easy to get comfortable in.
The area is full of things to do.
Places for quick food or full restaurants. Easy access to shopping too.
Hotel was rather upscale for a Holiday Inn. Also expensive but expected in Cal. Suite was quite comfortable, view of the city was adequate, not outstanding but there really isn't anything outstanding to see in Burbank.
