Over the last 12 years we have visited the Anza Borrego desert four times (from the UK) and we just keep coming back to the Borrego Valley Inn. It's the only place I know where, in the evening, you can go out of the back...More

Thanks so much for coming back and considering the Inn the "icing on the cake" of the magnificent Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. We truly understand about the "having to leave" part, too. We liked it so much we ended up buying the place! Now, 8...More

"Decompress" is the magic word, and we're pleased you choose the Inn for your "re-set" from a busy life. Thanks for taking the time for your post and for your advice about rooms. We do have several room styles, all a little different, and guests...More

My husband and I spent three nights at BVI in February. It was our fifth visit from the UK. It would honestly be worth every minute of a twelve hour flight just to spend one night here and then another twelve hours straight back! Seriously!...More

Pets are not allowed. A while back there was another owner who DID allow dogs, but not the current owner. We switched from staying at BVI to staying at La Casa del Zorro, which does allow dogs.
