This was our second stay and we were so happy we came back. The wifi is slow but it is free. The restaurant is delicious (not open all of the time) with excellent service- when it isn't open you can go to their other site called the Red Ocotillo which is a short drive away. Our room was very clean...

The Coyote Steakhouse is closed Mondays and Tuesdays as you noted, and Joe plays piano Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights - he is amazing, a must see! We love our location; off the main road, with great views of Borrego Valley, and close to the Visitors Center with great hiking right out the back door. Very pleased to hear you...

Built in the 1950's and used by celebrities to hide from the public, this hotel is a step back in time. In fact, Borrego reminds of Palm Springs in the 50's. Not one stoplight in town and no traaffic! This boutique hotel is very close to the visitor center but just off the main road enough to enjoy the peaceful...

We stayed in one of the casitas that open onto the poolside deck. The room was very comfortable and roomy with efficiency kitchen. The pool is so beautiful and large; the hot tub is so unique! Awesome palms and landscaping. We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing place. The great meal at the restaurant was an unexpected treat.

We have enjoyed this hotel many times. Each time we like it better and better. The pool is huge and very relaxing as no children under 13 are allowed. It makes for a wonderful day of relaxing and reading quietly. We like to stay in one of the Casitas rooms, just steps from the pool. The bed is delicious, so...

We enjoyed staying here. The huge pool was nice to have to cool off. The restaurant was an unexpected treat and very delicious. The hiking in the Palms was close-by as well. Set back in away from the main street so it was very quiet.

We loved this place and will stay here again next time we're in Borrego Springs. The hotel is cool and quirky and totally in keeping with the vibe of this small desert town on the edge of Anza Borrego State Park. We stayed in room 5, which featured floor to ceiling windows looking out across the vast desert. The bed...

This is a very quiet hotel tucked away in Borrego Springs. It is so quiet in fact, there is almost nobody there! If you need anything, we needed an iron, there's no way to get it until someone arrives at 10 am. Another problem is the fact that the price quoted online is not the price we were charged. We...

The best place to stay in BS although for some reason it does not show up when one searches for hotels in Borrego Springs. The rooms are clean, the pool is fabulous and the restaurant serves a wide range of food.

This was our first trip to southern California from the east (Buffalo NY) to visit family in El Cajon in late April. My wife and I wanted to do a bit of exploring while there and planned an itinerary that included a drive around the fabled Salton Sea and up Mount Palomar to visit the observatory before settling into a...

We only eat here for breakfast as a local recommended that we check the place out. The inn itself is a beautiful modernist building set looking at the beautiful mountains and desert of the Anza-Borrego state park. The pool also looked particularly inviting. Breakfast itself was very good and very good value. We had the peg leg breakfast and the...
