We had stayed at the Boonville Hotel a year ago for my 30th birthday, and had mentioned the idea of getting married there. Just over a week ago we did just that. Our wedding at The Boonville Hotel was the best possible experience and fit exactly what we had envisioned: a beautiful setting, a beyond amazing dinner, a wonderful place...

We found the hotel by chance as we were camping down the road. We ended up staying at the hotel for 2 nights. All in all it was a perfect stay. The room was so well furnished. Local produce was used from the soap in the bathroom, wine in the fridge, blackberries for breakfast and the locals who worked at...

The Boonville Hotel was a perfect experience - the food, accommodations, gardens and staff were all extremely pleasant. My husband and I had been on a five-day fully loaded bike tour and this was going to be our last night's treat after four nights of camping. Well, we happened to be touring during a huge heat wave and our seventeen...

The Boonville Hotel is truly a work of art. The people who put this place together spent much effort over many years to make things unusual, unique, interesting, and unexpected. Many of the design elements--from doors to floors, from to walls to ceilings, from countertops to light fixtures--are custom-constructed pieces of art in their own right. For example, the porch...

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary a few weeks ago, and the Boonville Hotel is nothing short of outstanding. We stayed in the Front Room, which is brilliant in its design and comfort. We used the fireplace both nights and read on the couch (we had unseasonably cold temps and rain the whole time), and...

My husband and I stayed at Boonville recently. For over $200/night, I expect a nice room with basic amenities. While the staff was nice at check-in, the services were dissappointing. The carpet in the room was substnatially stained near the bathroom, there were two throw rugs down, both also stained, the sink was in the bedroom (not bathroom) and never...

Nah - I'm only kidding. A BIG SHOUT-OUT TO BOONVILLE HOTEL! We have stayed at lodgings near or above dining rooms and saloons before with mixed results. The rennovation here kept the incredible feel of the 1800's wine-country Roadhouse and added most modern creature comforts. We stayed in Room 8, the smallest of 15 choices - and we might upgrade...

I spent a weekend here for the Pinot Festival. It was one of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The grounds are beautiful and welcoming. We stayed in the Pump House, a stand alone cottage with a big deck that overlooks the garden. That's where we hung out and drank the locally produced hard cider we got at the...

Luckily before heading off from San Francisco on a quick vineyard tour, we met some people who pointed us in the right direction for both hotels and vineyards. This hotel (approx. 2.5 hours north of SF) was a gem... We arrived late, people were already eating in the restaurant/bar area, and the comfortable attitude of the staff who welcomed us...

We enjoyed the Boonville Hotel during the recent winter holidays. It was a lovely warm place with friendly staff and a great meal. We stayed in Room 1 which offered a separate sitting area and big terrace over the front of the building. Really nice! There are a couple of cute shops on the main drag as well as wineries...
