The first thing I noticed as I walked up to the Bodega Bay Inn was the lack of curb appeal. The garden is overgrown and unappealing and the exterior of the Inn could use a paint job. As you enter there's a musty smell to the place that I couldn't identify. We stayed in Room 4, just off the entrance... More

Previous reviews did not do justice to this hotel. The paved entrance leading to the hotel looked like it hadn't been swept for a month. The carpets were stained, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were long hairs evident throughout the room. Would never go back. Very pricey for the quality.

$500 for 3 nights is way too much money to spend at this place. I will first start with the positives. They do not charge extra for your dog, the bed was very comfortable, nice deck and there are shops within walking distance. There is a sunroom that has a sitting area with a refrigerator that you can keep your... More

This Inn was wonderful. The staff was exceptional. Very quaint and the rooms were very nice and clean. The Inn had a kitchen area and you could put your things in the fridge if needed as they don't have in room. They also had coffee and popcorn in there. It was a great place to stay. Thank you Lana for... More

This was an amazing find! A unique and interesting old house turned into an Inn...has a really cool community kitchen/dining area...with lots of creature comforts. It was really cool to have appetizers there with a glass of wine before dinner. Also coffee in the morning provided, was greatly appreciated! I took my son on a road trip to get a... More

pictures looked okay relative to the price of other lodging in overpriced town. Old carpeting everywhere, dingy walls with chipped furniture and other worn out oddities scattered throughout. Help was very helpful I must say but surroundings just dismal. In morning hot water literally trickled out after warming up for 10 minutes - when all I wanted was a hot... More

Hotel price more than I usually pay , but competitive with others in the Bodega Bay area. Staff fantastic, great recommendations on restaurants, and sights. Large rooms with sitting area, beautiful bathrooms, and nice TV. My only complaint is the two remotes for one tv.

Easy check in. Manager had good ideas on what to go see. Each room had menu of local restaurants which made dinner planning very nice. Downside for our room way there were skylights above the bed. So once the sun came up it got bright inside. This is not a fancy place but works good for some where to sleep... More

When booking online the limited pictures for the room we wanted were not what we were given. We're on our 20th anniversary, the room we booked was called "memories", all of which I would like to forget! The room we were given was adjacent to the common wall of the shared kitchen. Therefore we heard everything and they all heard... More

This place was very accommodating from the start. Originally we were going to stay two nights, but to save money, we just stayed one. The staff is very friendly and the set up of the Inn was wonderful. They have two buildings, one of which has a space that you can lounge, read a book, drink coffee, and has a... More
