Beautiful views, gorgeous pools, lovely staff, mostly delicious food and super comfortable rooms. Highly recommend... nothing was ever a problem and if there was a query it was resolved without fuss and frustration. Keep it up team!

The Shore Club resort was beautiful, The people who worked there were friendly and helpful. I will say that the beach was not as nice as I would have liked. I do not enjoy water sports and the beach is not the kind of beach you'd want to walk along. Not much of a shoreline. I

We stayed 3 nights at the Shore Club and we were very happy. There’s a person who wrote FYRE island on here and that’s not true. See my pictures from the resort. Long Beach is gorgeous and very relaxing. Most of the complaints are the food and I agree. Especially Sui-Ren, we

From the moment that you arrive when you are given a warm towel and a glass of champagne, you know that you are going to be pampered like royalty. This hotel is affiliated with sister hotels, The Palm and The Sands on Grace Bay, and is only a little over two years old. The

Beautiful resort, perfect for kite-boarding, if you are here to foil, use a short mast as the water is shallow as far as the eye can see - you can however foil in high tide on a tall mast. Beach is incredibly narrow, and sand is very deep - if your planning on enjoying anything

Is on-site parking free/complimentary?
Not sure as we used taxis to get off site. Email the concierge; they’re quite fast to respond.

We always rent a car when on Provo. Renting the car for the full week is cheaper than going the taxi route. The concierge at TSC will be happy to make arrangements for diving. Highly recommend Turks and Caicos Reservations. Val and Susan live on Provo and know all of the resorts. They are great at taking your wish list and budget, and finding you the perfect vacation spot. We stayed at The Shore Club in May 2017 and LOVED the suite. Friendly staff. Long Bay Beach is not as nice as Grace Bay though.

Hi Steve! The reason we didn't mention our kids who are by the way, 31, 29 and 25), is Provo is the only place we don't take them! Mom and Dad only special place. When we were there May 2017, the resort had just opened (Dec 2016), and did not have a lot of guests. Honestly we MIGHT have seen 4 children the entire week we were there. Your wife will LOVE the property. Its gorgeous!!! Honestly, if you've got grandparents of family to leave the kids with, leave the kids. Several resorts on Grace Bay (the #1 beach in the world and on the other side of Provo) has kids clubs. They are The Palms, Somerset, Seven Stars and Grace Bay Resort. The Palms is the sister resort of The Shore Club and has a shuttle that runs between the 2 properties so you can use the amenities at both properties. Its based on occupancy levels at both properties. FYI, The Palms is where we normally stay (8th trip to The Palms this October since 2010). Let me know if you have any other questions. Bob

Hi,are you guys working on the your beaches ocean seaweed problem?
Seaweed is a minimal issue. The staff rakes the beaches clean every day, and there isn’t much in the water. The water is clear and you can easily wade out quite a distance on very smooth and clean sea bottom. Overall, the beach is beautiful and the water is clean.

"We had a penthouse which could easily accommodate 4 adults to sleep."
"We stayed in a Junior Garden room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool.It could get noisy, so choose elsewhere."
"Top floor Junior garden suite - views were limited to staff parking and construction, probably better to have a lower floor!"
"Higher floor with full or partial ocean view"
"it's worth the extra dollars to have some sort of ocean view"
