We rented the FOX, sleeps 4. Very cute, clean. The road is noisy but ear plugs worked. Plus late at night there weren't too many cars, it was mostly morning time noise. Nice loft rooms (one with a very thin, wood door) and large bathroom. Kitchen was nice with a set of shelves that were great. However, there were no...

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Mole cabin of Grey Squirrel. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and watered daily. The daisies, mature trees, green lawns and black-eyed susans give the resort a cottage-like atmosphere that made our morning and evening walks with our three...

I was not going to write a bad review until I got this call form a lady with an attitude like their crap doesn't stink. First of all, we thought we were staying where the rest of the cabins were. Instead they sent us to someones rental, which I must say was a nice location on the water. This house...

We stayed at the Brewers vacation home. We went up to Big Bear on Easter weekend and liked the Brewers home, so we booked it. We fit 11 people very comfortably. The big negative for us was a lack of cleanliness. The home has a large amount of spiderwebs, which in itself carries a lot of spiders popping up here...

Just got back and I must say we had a wonderful time, The cabin was very clean. The housekeeping staff was so pleasant and helpful. Anytime we went to the front desk the woman there was always pleasant with a smile. You just got a feeling of warmth. My minor issue was when we turned on the heat, the loft...

We originally booked this as a package with room for 2 nights and 4 lift tickets. We already had lift tickets and the hotel agreed to credit us for the unused lift tickets. They gave us $9.99 credit total for 4 lift tickets (normally $72.00 per ticket). They changed us to a full price room (without our knowledge). When we...

My wife and I visit my daughter and family several times a year. My wife and I checked in to Cabin #1 Possum at 2 PM December 26, 2012. Our first impression was, it was the nicest cabin we had been in up at Big Bear Lake. It was like a small apartment. Living room, Bedroom w/bathroom and a complete...

Sorry for your uncomfortable stay. It has been unseasonably cold, but we knew nothing of your issues. We have space heaters, blow dryers and would have been happy to accommodate you. These are housekeeping cabins, so you are to make your coffee with the coffee pot provided. I would be happy to give you a raincheck for another try with...

We just stayed this weekend & already referred a friend that booked to stay in January. First time in Big Bear & one of my clients mentioned this place was family friendly & has a playground on the grounds. Great setup for my toddlers (other than the fact that I forgot the baby gate & had to constantly tell the...

This was our first trip to Big Bear Region. Not sure where to stay and found this property. Secured the Moose cabin. Staff is very matter-of-fact, not warm and fuzzy. If you want a place where mom and dad take care of you, this isn't it. We enjoyed our stay! The cabins are close together. Moose has a living room...

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay!! Our stay was on Oct. 13, 2012. Our stay at the tri-plex was so cozy and nice, that we would want to stay more in the room then experience Big Bear Lake. The room had allot of amenities for a reasonable price. The staff was excellent and pleasant to talk to, like...
