If you enjoy history and have a passion for all things rustic like we do, then you will find yourself right at home in this cozy bed and breakfast. Betsy was a very accommodating and warm welcoming host! We were treated to fresh flowers, champagne on ice and beautiful pillar candles adorning a welcoming bath in the Presidential Suite. Our...

We recently attended wedding there. It is beautiful. Rustic, yet comfortable. Rooms are lovely and each has a small fireplace or stove. The owners are so accommodating and gracious. We enjoyed breakfast with the family there. It was yummy. The homemade yogurt and fresh fruit was spectacular. The breakfast was plentiful and everyone had enough to eat. For the feel...

No doubt the manor has rustic beauty..it has a cottage feel with wood from floor to ceiling and a cozy fireplace. Fresh flowers abound which is a nice touch. However, what this B n B has to offer (or not offer) is not worth it's cost. First, we had to check ourselves in. Check-in time was stated at 4-8 and...

It's hard to put into words exactly how special this place is to me!!! It was my dream wedding venue and the service exactly as magical!!! The grounds are beautifully maintained and the manor and rooms decorated so charmingly. Cathy and the staff are consistently so thoughtful, organized, caring, and I'm constantly impressed with their attention to detail and desire...

OMG this is the absolute best B & B ever. Romantic, mountain getaway, and each room in the log cabin manor is different. My fav is the Ted Ducey room with a bed built out of a giant tree! The breakfasts are gourmet and delicious, and the owner really wants you to be happy and works hard for you.

My absolute FAVORITE place in Big Bear. From the welcoming lights lining the lush driveway to the scent of fresh-baked cookies (a secret recipe I'd kill for), this b+b is all about r+r. I've been here many, many times, for the summer, for Thanksgiving, and for Christmas. It is glorious at any time of the year. Cathy, the owner, is...

I loved the rustic and homey feel of this place. Fantastic hospitality. Very professional and helpful in any way needed. I felt so relaxed there. The food was outrageously perfect. The only downside is how small the toilet rooms and showers are. I'd definitely love to go back again.

Such a great weekend at Gold Mountain Manor Bed and Breakfast! My fiance and I had a great weekend at this charming B&B. We stayed three nights and enjoyed our time tremendously. The breakfast was delicious... everyone comes and sits down together in the main room. My only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable... a bit like...

“If you can't go up stairs, choose the Pine Knot room, or the Ted Ducey room. If you can go upstairs try to get the Presidential Suite (gemstones in the fireplace!) or the Clark Gable room. Romantic!!”

“For privacy + luxury, choose one of the suites (Ted Ducey and Presidential). My fave is Bessie's Room — cozy fireplace, romantic vibe, and cheery bright morning light. Love!”

“All the rooms are wonderful and unique. I especially love the Ted Ducey Suite and Cozy Pine.”

“If on a budget the small rooms are fine, although one room has a small shower & one room has the restroom in public hallway, had we thought about it we would have actually been fine requesting that room & saved a bit, as we happen to be the only guests that evening. But we opted for room with a TV to enjoy a DVD, our grandchildren live with us & it is rare to be able to enjoy a movie. Inn keeper mentioned downstairs room in summer are cooler, which is what we had.”
