Me and my friend stayed two nights at Abdi's. The bungalow is basic but comfortable enough if you're not looking for luxury. However, the scenery is luxorious - the buildings are literally between the glorious rice fields and a waterfall. They made excellent and cheap dinner every night. The food was amongst the tastiest in Indonesia. We also did a...

We had such an amazing time at Abdi Homestay. Amidst the gorgeous rice paddy's one immediately relaxes. Rinal took us on a hike to the top of a mountain for a stunning panoramic view and he showed us a hidden waterfall as well! We highly recommend him. Thank you Rinal!

We stayed at Abdi for a night during our trip to Harau Valley after seeing all the wonderful reviews on trip advisor. The location is beautiful and nestled between the harau hills and green rice fields making for very picturesque mornings. The cottages were sparsely appointed with minimal furnishing- bed and 1 table. The cottages are not well maintained and...

I just fell in love with that place! Bamboo huts in the middle of ricefields. The only noise you hear is made by a cow, a goat or a frog. And because there is no wifi you have to lay down in the hammock and read a book. They cook everyday very fresh and delicious dishes with the meat, vegetables...

I wasn't sure what to expect at Abdi's and I absolutely loved it. The area is breathtaking and the views are great every way you look, right from your hammock or breakfast table. Ikbal and Noni are welcoming and kind, making sure you have what you need. Noni's food is delicious and she will also teach you how to make...

It's our second visit to Abdi's. Last visit was 6 years ago. Back then there were only 2 bungalows. No electricity with just kerosine lamps for lighting. It gave us the ultimate back to nature experience. 6 years later, they added a few more. A total of 8 bungalows and a small restaurant. There's electricity! Hotel quality bed and linen....

This is such a beautiful place with very, very friendly owners. The houses are basic, but you forget because the people are so nice and warm. Everything is clean and well organized. I even could help in the kitchen and I learned to make a delicious rendang, onde onde and more. There is a lot to see and to do...
