What a wonderful little gem of a boutique hotel. It is centrally located - walking distance to Rodeo Drive - and is as charming as can be. The staff were all incredibly wonderful hosts - very warm and welcoming. The lobby is sexy, and the...More
Very friendly, helpful staff and one of the better breakfasts I had in the States. However, I cannot help thinking that there was, perhaps, rather too much style over substance.

Super cute hotel with a highly attentive and caring staff. The location is good, close to Rodeo and Century City shopping on a quiet residential street. They welcome dogs for a fee but its highly worth the cost compared to other Beverly Hills hotels. Don't...More
Lovely place to stay in Beverly Hills with extremely helpful staff. The room however was very small and had an odd sliding door type arrangement into the bathroom. We were also placed in the room right next to the lift which we could hear till...More
The location is good, the rooms are reasonably priced and sized, and the staff were very friendly.A word of warning: The hotel's decor is mostly black/dark, and if your vision's impaired you may have a hard time navigating the space. Still, it was a lovely...More

Beverly Hills began as a modest village years ago and today you can still feel its small town origins, even though it has become a major tourist attraction and business center for the entertainment industry. This town lives up to its reputation as an area full of designer retail stores and residential streets lined with mansions and palm trees. Inside the commercial center of Beverly Hills, along Rodeo Drive, droves of
tourists peak into ultra-luxurious boutiques hoping to catch a glimpse of someone famous. Off of Rodeo Drive however is where some of the most affluent Angelenos occupying the streets of Beverly Hills come for leisurely meals, power lunches and beauty treatments.

Thank you for your questions. I'm happy to give you more information on our amenities. It depends on the dates of your trip as our sister property, Mosaic Hotel, will be reopening after a full renovation in August.
1. Maison 140 offers a continental breakfast buffet each morning from 7-10:30am in the lobby bar. The continental breakfast is not included in the nightly rate. The full buffet is available for $14 per person or you may purchase item a la carte. However, when the Mosaic reopens in early August, their restaurant is available to our guests as well. The Mosaic restaurant offers a full hot breakfast menu that can be billed to your room at Maison 140.
2. Maison 140 does not have a pool. Fortunately, the Mosaic Hotel does have a pool that is available to all Maison 140 guests. The pool will also be open in August when Mosaic reopens.
3. Overnight guest parking is available on an outdoor surface lot immediately next to Maison 140 at a flat rate of $28/nightly. There is no overnight street parking in the city of Beverly Hills unless you have a residency parking permit.
I hope the information I provided is helpful. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
