This was the first stop on our vacation, we were tired cranky and ready to relax and this place was good. It was a little hard to get but not impossible. When we arrived we were worried about the noise level because it is literally in the middle of truck stops in a high traffic area but we didn't hear...

I came back here a second time because the bed was comfortable. That usually goes a long way with me. The internet was ok, didn't try the TV. All was well until they called me @ 0750. I'm on my way home from a work trip, I don't have to get up early. I didn't answer the phone but since...

Dear Mr. James Hunter, There may be a misconception as our records indicate you did not have a wake-up call. It seems another guest staying at the hotel may have accidentally dialed your room number. Our front desk clerk was simply trying to figure out the reason for the call by asking whether you had a wake-up call set up...

My first one star review; unfortunately, that's all I can do. Upon entering the lobby guests are met with an unpleasant industrial disinfectant smell. A lot of nice plants in the lobby, but the smell grabs your attention. The rooms are being renovated and refurnished, but the decor is--unusual, to say the least (see picture). The lobby is locked during...

Room was really nice and clean, specially for the decent price! Location was convenient right near the interstates. Longer vehicle, trucks and trailers, parking is available at the truckstop next door. Amenities included wifi, outdoor pool, and a free simple breakfast. Like majority of the hotels in the area, this hotel also has only stairs but it's only 2 floor...

This was my first visit to a Roadway. I usually stay at higher end hotels. I was impressed. I loved that they had the usb plugin on each side of the bed. The rooms were modern. The bathroom was more contemporary but I loved that the shower was way high because I am a tall person. The bed was unusually...

We noticed that in Memphis there was an added tax to motels so after checking around found this Rodeway Inn. Really great bargain because you are just 5 minutes away from downtown. Easy on, easy off exit once you finally figure out where its located. The downsize is freeway noise....you do hear it but the AC helped to drown out...

I enjoyed my experience at this hotel. It is very clean and the staff is friendly. I love taking trips to Memphis again, so I am sure I will stay here again. Do not waste your time finding a hotel in downtown Memphis, it's just too expensive! Come to the Rodeway Inn, it's only five miles!

Amenities? You mean like no breakfast - even pastries- at 45 minutes past stated breakfast time? Or maybe the rooms only slightly cooler than outside? Or how about the tepid shower? We hesitantly tried a Rodeway due to location. Won't happen again.

During the time of your stay, a storm had passed through the area. The storm caused a city-wide power outage affecting several homes and businesses in town. A power outage is out of the hotel's control. The power is used to fuel electricity, gas water boilers, and prepare breakfast. We would like to inform you that within minutes of your...
