We stayed for 2 nights in the family suit. 3 adults and 2 kids. Ample room... Private bathroom (bring towels). Beds are super cozy. Kids slept well! Star gazing on our second night when the clouds left. Breakfast was amazing. warm and inviting hosts. The day after we left the kids wanted to go back. Location is great... Easy drive...

We stayed at the Rouden Daach to start off our weekend trip around the Cabot Trail. We were able to have the family room because we were travelling with our puppy which was great because she had immediate access to the fenced in area. The view is absolutely beautiful, I only wish we had been able to arrive earlier to...

Excellent accommodation, with a large family suite that suited us and our two teenage granddaughters. All the appointments were high quality and well thought-out. Jim and Josie were attentive hosts and allowed us a lot of time to visit their alpacas, donkey, dogs and chickens. We really felt that we'd been able to share a bit of their world. A...

Located in between New Glasgow & Antigonish, Nova Scotia, this inn is perfect as a destination stop for a Cape Breton or PEI road trip (it's not far from the Pictou ferry for the latter). We stayed one night as we began our trek home from the Cabot Trail towards the US. Lovely, clean, tons of natural light, this home...

My wife, mother, and son were taken aback as we approached the home. The property is beau colic, perfect place to relax after a long day of touring rural Nova Scotia. But we were unprepared for the luxuriousness of the house itself. Josse and Jim put their heart into the design and were very welcoming hosts to us. We opted...

On our travels to Cape Breton we stayed in this lovely bed & breakfast. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely evening and were entertained by our hosts with music and great chat. We enjoyed meeting the other guests. The whole atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. A homey atmosphere. A little more...

We stumbled upon this fantastic Bed and Breakfast by pure luck and could not have been happier that we did. Josie and Jim have created a lovely, clean, comfortable place to stay on a beautiful piece of property with much to offer. We arrived late at night and were delighted by the cleanliness and size of our "room" (which was...
