This resort should not have 5 stars. First night an alarm ringing from 2 am until 11 am, nobody finds a solution. breakfast poor and full of people. In the morning couldn't sleep because of lessons to little children in the garden outside the rooms, with music and people shouting! (Monday morning). Next Morning some gardeners making too much noise...

I'll start by saying the location is nice and when the sun shines it's beautiful!- however, from the basic, short-staffed breakfast to the unkept rooms and 2-star amenities, don't be fooled this hotel is far below its 5 star category! I do not recommend it at all.

Price per person per night is not unreasonable (by U.K. Standards) but the entire hotel looks like it saw its heyday ~20 years ago. Not really a place recommended for couples/family. I found staff lukewarm at best (one exceptional case). Spa is outdated and archaic in their policies. Food overpriced and mediocre at best. Please update this place otherwise in...

This hotel is very beautiful and quaint. However the service is very stuck-up. So much so that I had to call a friend that is from chile and ask her if I am doing something wrong because everyone has there noses in the sky and doesn't say hello or smile. She informed me that thats the culture of the rich...

I checked the reviews of this property in TripAdvisor before going and found good and bad opinions. The reception area looked nice and the staff was accommodating and let us have our room two hours before check in time. We got a room that seemed renovated maybe a few years ago, and actually was very nice. I ignore if all...

This is the worst Resort you can ever find in the world. Ugly, very cold, old and many other negative comments you can imagine. Absolutely no way to visit this place. Over priced. All the activities announced sis not exist, my kids could not play just outside in the playground area. The outaide pool was full of dead warms. Only...

If you are looking for a nice and friendly place for a few days break or a business event, forget about this so-called "resort"... The hotel requires urgent refurbishment. All the installations are in pretty bad shape and the management doesn't seem to be interested in fixing all the infrastructure problems we noticed during our three days stay, like water...

Made a reservation in early November 2015 for which a $200 deposit was immediately charged to my credit card. I had to cancel it Nov 30 and I still have not seen the refund! They blame the card processor for the delay instead of taking responsibility for not monitoring the refund process. Beware!

Dear Guest: We need more information to monotoring the process if you still dont recieve the money back. Please write us to reservas@marbella.cl with your complete name, date for the reservation and the number of your credit card. Normally the process is no more than one month to refund the money.
