We booked the annex rooms with bed and breakfast also reserved a table for evening meal. The hotel is on the main harbour road which overlooks the seafront such a beautiful setting. The annex is a few doors down from the hotel in a small cottage. Three double rooms downstairs two with ensuite a separate bathroom with sole use for...

I love this hotel. It is very expensive (I stayed for four nights and could have flown from Toronto to Cuba - all inclusive for a week for the same money) but it is perfect. I had the perfect room overlooking the bay and it waste worth every penny. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The food is very good....

My wife and I break our journey from London to our rented cottage on Skye with a night at this charming hotel. The staff are, without exception, warm and friendly. The room we take overlooks the harbour so is priced accordingly but is worth every penny. It is without fail warm, clean, cosy and welcoming. We always eat in the hotel,...

Enjoyed another visit to this very good small family hotel in Plockton recently and without doubt, it was better than ever. Rooms have been refurbished and we enjoyed a very nice sea-view room, very tastefully decorated and very well furnished and fitted out. There were also all the little extras that one would expect from such a venue. The bedlinen...

I had a couple of nights there on my own recently initially blessed by good weather but it deteriorated. I had a single room that had no view to speak of and that's often the case in hotels. There are only a small number of rooms that can have the view so save them for people paying twice as much...

Had a lovely stay here, again. Third visit. Stayed in our fave room 1. In the main building. Spacious room with fantastic views over the loch. Ate every night in the restaurant. Fabulous food. We had the best fillet steak I've ever tasted. Breakfast was fab. Plenty of choice. Mags and Alan are lovely hosts and even left us a...

Located directly fronting the bay with only a narrow roadway in between Plockton is a small village a few kilometers from the Isle of Skye. I stayed in the hotel annex, which was a cottage just up the road from the hotel. The room was comfortable and I had a separate but dedicated bathroom. We stayed for two nights and...

Firstly have to say we can't rate the hotel as we didn't stay there we only ate in the restaurant. Our starters were lovely locally caught langoustine for myself freshly made fish cakes for my hubby and tomato soup that we're pretty sure came out of a tin marked Heinz for our daughter. Our mains were a beautuful piece of...
