We were met by Kate the hostess with the mostest! Cracking place to eat and stay. Warm friendly with superb grub. Views to die for and the breakfast was the best we've eaten. We will be back in May as doing the NC500 using this as our base. Thanks to Kate for the hospitality x

If you're staying in the hotel, you are sure of a warm welcome from your hostess. There's a great atmosphere in the place. It's almost worth spending an evening there just for the characters gathered round the fire in the bar! The breakfasts are very good. The porridge is first class ( the best north of my wife!) and is...

Kate and her team were great, the hotel has all you need and the food is amazing. A warm welcome and great views are to be had from the hotel. We had a full Scottish breakfast and some lovely local fish for dinner.

The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and nothing is a problem. It's worth booking in advance though. The food is so very fresh and home cooked bit loverly! If...

A lovely warm welcome by the lady behind the bar. Called for a coffee earlier in the day and returned for an evening meal which didn't disappoint. Freshly cooked and delicious. Choice of restaurant or less formal eat in the bar

Didnt stay over here, just stopped by for Sunday lunch. Nicely cooked meal which didn't overface. Enough room for a dessert. Toilets were located within the bar area dining, which is separate from the restaurant (formal dining)

We stayed in a cottage last week just around the corner at skinnet. We went in twice for drinks and thoroughly enjoyed it although we didnt have time to have a meal there. The waitress there we got chatting to and she was lovely having just been there a few weeks and hoping to buy a cottage there she was...

Do not drive past The Craggan Hotel, pop in for a meal, drinks or an overnight stay, you will not be disappointed! I could not fault The Craggan Hotel at all, the hotel has four immaculate bedrooms, some with beautiful sea views. Although all 4 rooms share a bathroom, it has a lock on the door and is absolutely pristine!...

The very kind and helpful staff of the Ben Loyal hotel helped me find a room at the Craggan Hotel when there was literally not another room to be found in the whole of Scotland. 31 pages of Booking.com sold out!! Interestingly Kate has decided not to go on Booking.com this year as she only has four rooms and can...
