Yes it is. Be prepared for a hilly walk/drive up though. Not much in the town really. The parador is the main event.

It's about 100 km from Barcelona's main airport (El Prat) and approx. 1,5 hrs drive. Looks like an early start... Rental car or taxi seem to be the only options.
