I booked a room on Booking.com for a large amount of money. The booking was fully refundable if cancelled early enough. I cancelled the booking within the deadline, but my credit card was charged by the hotel with the full amount the next day ! They refunded me, but only two weeks after, which is completely unfair and could cause...

We really enjoyed our 4 days at this hotel. The room had stunning views and overlooked the very attractive garden and pool. It was a lovely room with excellent facilities. We ate in the hotel twice and would definitely recommend the restaurant. We had a leisurely meal which was of high quality and the service was excellent. The only draw...

Stayed here for a week with wife and two young children (5/7). They were super accommodating throughout. I was biking - no issues having bike in our room, making me breakfast at 5:30am etc. Comprehensive breakfast. Nice pool area and overall very nicely presented. Room - a suite - was excellent. Restaurant for dinner was good, although I don't think...

We stayed 3 nights Feb 18-21, just the most beautiful hotel in Soller. Great location yet tucked away, gorgeous old but extremely well maintained building. Spacious, v clean, gorgeous rooms, with breathtaking views. Wonderful foyer and restaurant with a healthy breakfast served in great style every morning. V courteous and friendly staff, eager to help in every way. Most wonderful...

The weekend in the hotel was delightful. Unfortunately my poor husband contracted food poisoning from a cafe in the square on the Sunday which meant that from Monday onwards we were generally confined to the room. His torment was added to from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m..each day thereafter by, what sounded like, hundreds of feral children screaming in two...

We spent a week here end of September/ beginning of October. The hotel is in an excellent location, a short and easy walk to the town square. We had a room on the lower floor which had easy access to the pool and garden area. It was fine, if a little dark. The bathroom could do with updating - the...

nice hotel right in centre of soller. Staff polite. pleasant swimming pool to sit round. Room comfortable and breakfast adequate. We did not eat evening meal in hotel but found it so convenient for strolling out into soller where we found a variety of good restaurants. I would return as it was a small friendly informal hotel.

Attractive building just off the main street into town and a short, if traffic full walk to the placa. Lobby and dining terrace is smart, beautifully tiled and overlooking the pool and garden. Rooms are large, our ensure had a bath and shower over. We expected a room with a balcony but got a terrace instead which is below garden...

We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of September. What a lovely hotel. It used to be an Olive Oil mill and things associated with this are around the hotel. It certainly has a charm about it. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the place was extremely clean. We only had breakfast and a lunchtime...

It was our first time in Soller and the hotel was found for us by a friend, so a bit of a risk. However we loved everything about the place. It's a short walk from the town centre with a stunning pool and clean well equipped rooms. Only regret is not booking in for an evening meal from their tasting...
