The hotel is conveniently located close to the main street and city beach, and a block from two great restaurants, Kiki’s Taverna and Psaras. There is a lovely lounge and pool area. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We loved the welcome gifts of wine and jars of local produce.
We had a huge room with kitchenette, private balcony with sea view. We really appreciated the generous closet and drawer space, handy desk, terrific bedside reading lights. The mattress seemed extra firm but was fine. The deluxe marble bathroom had a wonderful magnifying makeup mirror. The hotel offers same-day laundry service, €20 per bag, a terrific bargain compared to other hotels. An a la carte breakfast is extra but delicious and reasonably priced; it’s brought directly to the room. Coffee instead of tea is available if you ask.
We loved both Kardamyli and the Liakoto so much that we are already planning to go back next year.

Our stay at Liakoto was so perfect we didn't want to leave. Super location and stunning sea views from our 1st floor fully self-contained apartment (no. 213) and its large covered, furnished terrace along with a smaller second balcony on the opposite side overlooking the gorgeous in-ground pool with sun loungers, umbrellas, drinks and snacks. Liakoto is perfectly sited with easy access to the little town and all its shops, quality restaurants and cafes. We swam in the sea at the nearby little pebble beach - just a few steps from Liakoto - with a few free umbrellas and easy ladder access into the deeper water if you don't want to walk over the pebbles at the water's edge. The hotel.provides monogrammed beach towels and there is a good library collection in multiple languages. Our Greek/Australian hosts (Gail and her husband) were super friendly and extremely helpful - as were all the staff at Liakoto. The hotel has a large elevator - a welcome treat for those of us travelljng with a lot of heavy luggage - and parking close by was easy. Our spacious apartment with its large living/dining area and separate bedroom with great wardrobe space. was fully equipped and the lovely welcome treats were generous and very much appreciated. Our 4 day stay proved to be too short and next time we would like stay much longer! This property is so easy to love and so very hard to leave. Thank you Gail and all the Liakoto staff for helping to make our stay so enjoyable and unforgettable.

The Liakoto was one of our two favorite hotels in Greece (the other being the Amanitas Guesthouse in Dimitsana). Our room (218) was large and well appointed (it even has a stove and a sink) with an amazing view out over the ocean. We ate breakfast on the deck every morning. For a very reasonable price they bring a nice breakfast to the room.

The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The location is ideal -- in town, but a block or two away from the main street, so quiet. There is a pool, which we did not use, but which seemed popular (and which is closed at night, to keep noise down).

The deck includes a very clever drying rack that pulls out, so we did laundry.

One very minor minor complaint about our room was the shower door, when closed, sticks out beyond the shower, so the bathroom floor gets wet. But the floor is tiled and well drained, so it's not a problem.

We had a perfect 10 day break at Liakoto. The hotel and all its staff are quite honestly amazing. When we arrived we were told they had a surprise for us and when we were led to our room we had been given the penthouse suite! We had gifts from the hotel and from Sunvil, olives, cake, fruit, wine. Rooms are stunning but nothing compares to the views. The pool is quiet with options for shade and you are given water and fresh fruit during the day. The lunchtime toasties are also delicious. In the evening there is a good choice of places to eat locally, during the day, swim in the pool or in the sea. We relaxed as soon as we arrived and there were tears when we left (sorry Sonja). We will becoming back next year, as many others seem to do. I would recommend to everyone but would love to keep it a secret just for us.

We stayed in room 219 which had a balcony looking over the Mediterranean Sea. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The room is equipped with a kitchenette and small fridge with plenty of service ware. The bed is super comfortable and the room has a rare European ceiling fan. Breakfast can be ordered and delivered to the room. The staff was friendly and very helpful, including getting us dinner reservations with another sea view at the last minute. The only downside was the slow and sometimes non-existent wifi; however you are here to get away. Put your phone away and you won’t notice! Stay here for your relaxing Kardamyli getaway.

The rooms are spacious and quiet with very comfortable big beds and we were lucky to have gorgeous sea views. The breakfast is copious and delicious . The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is fine for swimming but there isn’t much shade and limited seating. The nearby beaches are lovely for swimming , though pebbly so beach shoes are recommended. Kardimil is a very attractive town with some good eating opportunities within easy walking distance of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- thank you.

This was our fourth stay at Liakoto. It seems to get better ever time we go. Comfortable, beautifully maintained, right at the edge of the most glorious sea and with the best staff. We had sea facing studio on the ground floor with two generous balconies - one onto the sea and the other facing the lovely pool. There is a useful kitchenette and the whole studio is kitted out to a high standard and immaculately clean. The pool area is glorious. We love it here.

We stayed at Liakoto for a week in June and could not recommend it enough. Rooms were really smart and had everything we needed, the pool area was lovely (with bar serving drinks/light snacks throughout the day), and the staff were hugely attentive and friendly throughout our stay. The hotel is in the perfect spot for access to the sea - the most beautiful swimming platform/beach is just 2 minutes walk from the pool - and also to Kardamyli with loads of restaurants, bars and gift shops. We won't hesitate to recommend Liakoto to our friends and will definitely be back!

This place is very special. My wife and I came with our families for a celebration and the wonderful staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, upgraded us, hung balloons in our room. Clean and comfortable rooms, great location with sunset views, excellent value. Couldn’t recommend a stay here more.

Second year at the Liakoto - though we spend most days at Anniska. Our appertment room at Liakoto is spot on. Great air con, but also a very silent ceiling fan in the bedroom - keeps bedroom cool without too much need for air con overnight. Lovely views of the see and the hills. Staff are just great. Rooms kept very clean. Either here or Anniska are good places to stay if visiting Kardamili. Swimming and snorkelling off the rocks at Anniska is fantastic - just so many fish to see.

Hello, We rented a car and had our own GPS. With the two we traveled wherever we wanted, including to this lovely hotel. The roads in Greece are very good, smoothe, clean, clearly marked.

Kardamilli is such a small place that everything is close to everything! It is in the centre and only a five minute stroll from bars and restaurants by the harbour and along the main street. Try Google street view will give you the best answer (you also get a sense of how small (and lovely) the place is.
