Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were told in the email that reception is not attended and just to call a specific number when we arrive which was fine with us. We called several times but no answer. I checked the website and there was a different number there so tried that and finally someone answered and came to meet us. Maybe a box with digital lock would be helpful to leave check in instructions would be great. It’s just a weird feeling to arrive at a property with nobody to welcome you and having to call several times. The place was very quiet too it felt kind of an abandoned place when we arrived 😅 We stayed in a glamping tent which was nice, spacious and comfortable and is exactly as pictured on their website. It rained when we were staying there but the tent was so secure, no leaks inside. Beds were comfortable. Access to power point to charge phones. Shared toilets and bathroom were clean and tidy enough No pictures of the outdoor kitchen on the website so thought I’d share here. Kitchen is important to us as I prefer cooking for the family rather than going out for dinners. The kitchen was well equipped but exposed to the elements. It was right outside the toilets which was a bit icky. Might work for others but not for us so based on this we won’t be going back

We decided to pay for an upgrade to make our stay easier, while we prepared for the wedding. I'm sure we can agree that the upgraded features we paid for were not provided, which forced us to cut out stay short from the previously planned 4 days.  To list a few, the water and electricity weren't turned on when we arrived, (luckily we were able to find the switch and tap ourselves).  The gas bottle was empty and not checked prior to our stay. This wasn't rectified until after mid day on Saturday 4th. The hot water was not able to be used throughout the stay. The fridge also had mould growing throughout, and had an old, warm carton of milk. There were also multiple spiders present throughout the property, and the woman's communal bathrooms had mostly empty soap and shampoo bottles. The few which had substance in them were watered down.  Management was horrific in attending to these, would not compensate, blamed the whole thing on having prescribed burns two weeks prior and that, and I quote, "we ASSUMED everything was working" so hadn't laid an eye on the apartment. Totally negligent. Don't ruin your trip down south and pay $50 less to stay at a fully functioning town house down the road with air-conditioning and a spa.

We loved our stay with Sonia & Nick at their beautiful property. We had a glamping tent with super comfy beds, was surprisingly really warm overnight. The camp fire at night with marshmallows was so exciting for our kids, the stars were incredible. Great facilities, brilliant location make sure you check out the Stingrays at Hamelin Bay. Thanks Sonia for the perfect afternoon platter & yummy breakfast. Over all a delight to stay here.

Just perfect for our needs and conveniences (ie. with most of the Restaurants around M.R. town ). My famiy (ie. my good wifey, our Champ son, our daughter & her partner (they are on holidays from overseas, at present) were rather impressed with the facilities provided in this Karriscape H/H retreat accomodation. I personally, highly recommend this H/H retreat accomodation in MR, amen Smiley Joe H @ WA - February 2021

We stayed in the ‘stable’ (my wife, daughter and I) and were amazed at how nice it was. Amazing walks (through 10’s of kangaroos), awesome views and very detached from the hustle and bustle of life. Great wine and food nearby. Oh, and amazing shower. Lastly: gateway to seeing whales!

Had such a lovely weekend glamping here. Would definitely stay again. The glamping tents are so cute and very accommodating and cosy. The campsite and grounds are beautiful as well. The owners are very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay :)

Great spot with good facilities and very friendly owners. Campsite is very quiet during the week and becomes busy on the weekends. We stayed during the week so had most of the facilities to ourselves. Great place for some peace and quiet whilst being close to the main Margaret river attractions.

It was the most beautiful campsite where we were in Western Australia. In the middle of nature, but the comforts of a hot shower, a barbelcuestation, a small bistro ...There is enough space so you can sit undisturbed with a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset and watch the kangaroos. The owners are lovely, uncomplicated and help with what you need.We extended our stay there because we felt so comfortable. Conclusion: If you ever be in the region of Margaret River you have to stay there and enjoy little break form everyday life.
