Nice clean. Looks nice inside. I thought this was truly a one bedroom cabin but the room is separated by a wall with an opening on top with no door. Like another reviewer stated I got bug bites on my ankle after sleeping in the bed looks like flea bites or some kind of mite bites?

The 1 bedroom cabin we rented was very small and the inside definitely did not look like the picture shown on the web site. Nevertheless it seemed clean and functional. However, I came home with a few bug bites that only could have occurred in the cabin because there were in places underneath clothing and I did not spend any...

Echo Canyon is right on Lake Ouachita and not too far from Hot Springs. It's not way out in the middle of nowhere if you need to be close to town. There are things to do nearby, also, if you are a nature lover. It was really hot when we were there, so we didn't take advantage of nearby trails...

We stayed here with our entire family for a long weekend. My husband and I had a 1-bedroom cabin and the rest of my family stayed in one of the new 3-bedroom cabins. Here are the positives: 1. Prices were very reasonable for lodging. 2. The 1-bedroom was quite basic but still charming and met our needs since we were...

Cleanest cabin I have ever stayed in! Perfectly secluded area on Lake Ouachita ... beautiful, quiet ... a great Valentine getaway weekend! The staff left roses, cupcakes and chocolates for us .... the cabin was equipped with everything you would need (except hair dryers!) ..... would highly recommend ....

My wife & I came here with another couple on the 3rd weekend of October. We stayed in one of the new cabins, & it was very enjoyable. The 2 bedrooms were spacious, & had a nice adjoining bathroom to both of them. The kitchen was good size with a center island, & there is a charcoal grill on the...

Echo Canyon provides the "real" Lake Ouachita experience without the frills. The cabins are comfortable and clean-ish (by lake cabin standards). We did see a few bugs but that is to be expected. Our cabin had a nice view of the lake and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the morning with our coffee and in the cool...

We decided on a random trip to Hot Springs, Arkansas and wanted to be close to Lake Ouachita. The lady who owns this place was very nice to let us book at the last minute and even made it easy for us to pay with cash when the office wasn't even open. Very accommodating. We stayed in a 2 person...

Ok so we have stayed in these cabins twice now. Once was this past summer and let me tell you, we paid 10 bucks for a boat slip and it was on the gas dock. So nice and classy. A lot of the docks around the lake are old and slightly scary but this one was new and swanky. There...

“Not only is there no Wifi, there is no cell reception, sometimes there might be enough of a signal to get a message through, but that is it. The cafe only serves breakfast on Saturday and Sundays, and only dinner on Fridays. All the cabins do have cooking items though. We stayed in a small 1 bedroom cabin, some of the others stayed in the 3 bedroom cabins which we much larger and nicer.”
