As many have mentioned, the key thing this hotel has going for it is the view. Set into the side of the hill overlooking Petra, the rooms are downstairs from the lobby and on floors 5-8 all have balconies. We got upgraded to rooms 705...More

Very basic facilities, rooms dirty. Shower water brown. Breakfast in restaurant very poor. Food all old and stale and staff made you feel uncomfortable.
