We were taken to this hotel for lunch after a visit to the Petra site. The buffet was delicious and all the better for offering (what seemed to us) Egyptian food rather than European. The staff were wonderful.

The bar is a smoking bar and quite dark, so not the most cosy place to spend an evening. Drinks did not seem to be extremely expensive, but can't remember specifics. We swam in both pools and did not have a problem. It's more the fact that the rubbish around the pool is not cleared away as quickly as it could be.
