A big thank you to Hachem for making our stay special, to Amjad for taking such good care of us, and to Atef for such a wonderful camp. If you are hesitating, don't. Jordan is safe, the people are kind beyond belief, Bedouin hospitality is...More
Was very impressed with this campsite. It was my first experience staying in a Bedouin site and what stuck with me was the excellent hospitality of the hosts. From the moment we arrived with felt very welcome with their constant repetition of 'Your welcome'. Something...More
I'll admit to reservations when we arrived at the camp in the middle of the day to find it desolate except for two Arabic speaking staff members. Were we the only guests? Our concerns were allayed when we requested someone to take us to Petra...More
Fantastic Bedouin camp on the outskirts of Wadi Musa. Fantastic place to relax after some days of exploring Petra. The staff are super ensuring you have everything you need and your tea is kept topped up. Sitting around the fire with tea and shisha is...More
My sister and stayed at the 7 Wonders Beduin Camp during a 2 day tour of Petra and Wadi Arabia. We were greeted by several lovely Beduins and escorted to our tents. They were very clean as were the toilets and showers. Dinner & breakfast...More

A lot of their food is salad and meat based. They do use pita / wraps to go with food (as does most of middle east places). Doubt they have gluten free wraps but you can always send a question. They are very helpful and wouldn't be surprised if they tried. Otherwise there is plenty of meat / salad options. We found they went out of their way for us (my wife is GF but just went without the bread).

Hi June, I was travelling alone and I felt totally safe doing this trip to Jordan with Abraham Tours. You dont have to worry with anything, since meals, transport, entrance tickets, accomodation are included, the guide is with you practically full time, and if you like to go around Petra own your own for example, it is totally fine as well. I definitely recommend doing with a tour if you are alone, to me it was perfect.
Regarding the camp, you can be alone in a cabin if you like for an extra, or share it with a female traveler. I was lucky to get a very nice group and a very nice guide, but I feel this is the standard group, everybody in a good mood, enjoying the trip...!
