We spent two nights at the Seven Wonders Camp. The food and staff were great. We had electricity at night in our tents, allowing us to charge our devices, which was super helpful. The winds were insane at night, causing the tent to make scary noises, and showering was quite the experience, as the bathrooms weren't really insulated from the...

We stayed at 7 Wonders with a small group tour we had booked. I didn't look it up in advance since we didn't know the name of the camp and assumed we would be in canvas tents sleeping on cots - wrong! The tents are hard structures with a bed (or beds), light and outlets. The bathrooms were way nicer...

This was our first experience with tent camping and it was terrific. The tent and washrooms were clean. The staff were friendly and the food was great. We stayed two nights. The location is easy to find. Bring a flashlight. We really enjoyed visiting Little Petra too.

Initially we had booked this for one night, but extended for one more night due to the fantastic ambience and warm hospitality. The evening is made cozy with bon fire where you get a chance to meet other travellers, exchange notes and get cultural experiences. Tea is free flowing throughout the evening. The hosts are very warm and full of humour.

So I was pretty leery about this tent camping business. But this was way cool. The tents are pretty permanent structures and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. They do smell a bit odd. The bathrooms are nice but know that you will have limited water hours and very limited hot water. But the meals were good and the atmosphere really...

This is perfect for a night or two max. Such a beautiful setting, quiet and great campfire at night. Enhanced the whole experience of visiting Petra. Do keep in mind that this IS camping, the generator can go down at any minute with no lights. Hot water only during certain times etc. Downsides: you cannot buy soft drinks only tea...

Perhaps it's because I arrived in the night, and the lights in the rocks were glowing like stars after the darkness of the desert we had been passing through in the long drive from Israel - but this place was just magic from start to finish. The food was good, but limited for vegetarians. The fire was magic. The people...

This place was truly excellent. It felt very authentic, the staff was helpful and seemed genuinely happy, the rooms were nice, and the food was good. There were clean modern bathrooms and showers... and even wifi. By far the best part was sitting around the fire at night drinking tea. I highly recommend climbing up one of the nearby boulders...

After not succeeding in booking accommodation, managed to get dinner booked here, was picked up on time by duvet from the camp, with kids in the back up a pick up truck, which they loved, arrived in the camp, welcomed, offered tea (lots of it), had a wonderful dinner, wide variety of food, tasty and excellent value compared with other...

This place is every bit as magical as the photographs suggest: the warm lights on the rugged hills, the music, the open fire, the friendly people, the desert stillness and majesty. I wish I could have stayed much longer. And it's safe, people. Perfectly safe. All the parts of Jordan that I visited were completely safe. I admit I abandoned...
