We stayed at this hotel as part of our Intrepid Beautiful Bali tour. It is close to Mount Batur, which we climbed at about 3.00am. Just in time for us to see the sun rise. Hotel is very much a budget hotel. Restaurant is not great, did not have much of a selection of things to drink. But it was... More

I was there with friends, we've stayed at Deluxe Room. For the first impression, the hotel looks nice with very clean yard. Good atmosphere, nice staffs. They need to take care of restroom's cleanlines. The location is ideal especially for any trekkers who will climb up Mount Batur.

The bathroom was in a really bad shape. Because of the water that stayed for a long time in the bathtub, there was a really bad smell in the bedroom also. The food wasn't very tastfull or good. Very noisy due to the windows who cannot Be closed properly.

No comment on the cleaning :( We kept our clothes to sleep on the bed. On top of that we had a little indigestion after the restaurant. The staff is nice but not very smiley. Also, do not book your trek here as they charge a lot (like A LOT) for usual services (guide, transport, a so called breakfast we... More

This place had recently been renovated when I stayed here as part of a tour group, and it was very quiet when we were there. Rooms are really clean and furnished to a high standard and centred around a nice grassy yard. We climbed batur so convenient for that but there's not too much else to do, it's pretty quiet.... We chose this hotel because it is really close from the departure of Mt Batur hike and has a nice view on the lake. We stayed in the cheapest room which was small, old, no fan + dirty bathroom, but it was OK as we only stayed there a few hours before the hike. Breakfast is included but don't expect... More

Good room with a good rate. Some staff were nice but the rest were not care of the guest. They have a small meeting room. Room is not too spacious, but comfortable. Their buffet also delighted. My holiday was nice staying there.

Remember you are in one of the poorest parts of Bali here and tradition has probably not changed much for hundreds of years- in fact water and electricity only arrived to any part of the area around 10 years ago- however it does have working wi-fi! The hotel is basic, but functional and clean and serves the purpose. The food... More

We stayed here one night as part of an Intrepid group as a base for exploring Mt Batur the next morning. I was scared to stay here after reading horrible reviews and luckily it was much nicer and cleaner than I expected. The grounds are lovely and very well kept. We were fortunate enough to have one of the updated... More

Stayed here, like properly the rest of the quests, the night before we where hiking the mt batur and I was very thankful that it just was one night. The rooms are old, the bath is dirty and our bedding was yellowed and had spots, try to stay somewhere else if possible. (They where renovating some of the rooms when... More
