I am so happy to have found this cabin online. It was so cozy and had every amenity needed...home away from home but a perfect getaway. Everything is wood and the decor makes it quite cozy. A very comfy bed. We absolutely loved the private patio with a fire pit (we built fires both nights) and the outdoor hot tub....

The cabin was spotless and ready to go. Everything worked as it should. The A/C was cold and the upstairs bed was great. The hot tube was used daily and we used the Bar-b-q pit a couple of times. The cabin is tiny, but we knew that before we went. There is a grocery store right down the road. There...

Cabin is conveniently located, and provides ample space for two. Room is well decorated. The smell of cedar, the bedrock at shower, and the wood in the room, all make you feel the nature. Hot tub is a nice finish of a day. Sheilah is super helpful. She called me after hour to give me direction.

They've thought of everything here - we came prepared to cook many great meals and it was completely set up for all of our endeavors, from good knives,to pots & pans, a big gas grill etc. etc. It sleeps so many guests comfortably and has so many little spots indoors & out to take a breath and relax. I've never...

The owners have thought of absolutely everything! I was so impressed with the amenities in the Cedar Crest cabin. Cozy, comfortable & quiet. All we needed to bring was food & ourselves. Everything is so nicely done, and my husband and I wished we could have stayed an entire week. The area is beautiful. Thank you, Sheilah, for a fabulous...

This is a review of the Cedar Crest Cabin but it pertains to both their little cabin for 2-4 and their huge and gorgeous lodge for up to 25 people. We were about to either tent camp or just stay at one of the other cabins in the Ponca, Arkansas/Buffalo River National Park area after seeing their website and that...

My husband and I traveled to Ponca on Friday in search of a wedding venue for our daughter. We had seen the Cedar Crest online and were hoping to get some pics of the place. It just so happened that when we drove up the lady cleaning was outside. (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name because she was...

I had my wedding at the Cedar Crest Lodge. Both sets of parents and a few other family members stayed in the lodge with us while guest rented out cabins across the highway. Not only was I taken back everytime I visited the lodge before and after our wedding but family and friends still talk about this place! The owners...

Gorgeous property! 4 master suites with additional sleeping areas. Kitchen is absolutely fabulous. If you are going with a group to the Buffalo River, this is a really great place to stay. It may be costly, but if you have a several people it can be really reasonable. Check out the web site and look at the photos.
