These cottages are in a good location for visiting many local towns, the setting is good and local pub well worth a visit. The cottage has clearly been built to a high specification but unfortunately the condition of them has deteriorated in places. The garden needed some attention, just cutting the grass would have made a big difference. There was... More

We arrives at Oaksey on 11th September 2012 around 5:30pm, at first I was a little put off by the broken sign but it wasn't a major issue. We arrived at reception which was very well sign posted and a very nice young man booked us in a gave us our keys, there was also a lady there who was... More

Well after reading the reviews we went with an open mind. We had a fantastic time & didn't encounter any of the problems listed in other reviews, (it is now under new management.) The location is perfect for a quiet away from it all break, set around a Golf course & a few Private houses. Gill & her staff were... More

First impressions, I have to say were not great. The sign at the entrance was all broke, the entrance looked a bit overgrown and messy, and there were two smashed up cars in the carpark. We did fear the worst. However on entering the cottage, (Kemble 15) we were nicely surprised. It was clean, modern, comfortable and all looked very... More

On checking in the gentleman at the desk was abrupt and not in the least bit intersted in anything. But things did improve. The golf course was great and well kept. The hot tub in our house no 22 worked well and was on the whole private. A shame the fencing didn't continue along the whole boundary with next door... More

12 of us stayed here for a weekend in 2 of the lodges. When we arrived we were stunned - it was in beautiful setting, huge rooms (particularly in the 8 bed lodge) and very contemporary in furniture and design. We couldn't believe what a bargin it was! However, when we went to make a cuppa - there was no... More

Just returned from a four night break in a Kemble at oaksey. Fantastic lodge. Everything there that you could possibly need on a self catering break Tea towel included !!! . Admittedly not all of the hot tubs are very private with a small path running behind them But considering all lodges were occupied and the only time we saw... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Me and my partner stayed at oakley park this week ( kemble) for our first anniversary together. On paper it looks great and to be fair the accommodation itself is nice but we had several issues - radiator in bedroom did not work at all - bedroom door was jammed ( they knew about this before we arrived) luckily we...
