Beautiful tiny village in the middle of trees. We were warmly welcomed by our host, who explained a lot about the surrounding areas. The room was just perfect and everything can controlled by a touch screen under the TV. You can also activate the sauna temperature from there. A nice hot tub also welcomes you. The breakfast is prepared as you arrive at your table. We highly recommend a stay if you are travelling here.

What a gem this address is! You will find yourself in an oasis of peace. The picture is perfect. The welcome couldn't have been friendlier. There is a lot to discover in the area, and you will be helped with a smile, no effort is too much. But the domain itself is so beautiful and peaceful that you can let the day pass by and enjoy the peace and quiet. There is a sauna and jacuzzi, a giant swing, a cozy hammock, you name it... This place is wonderful, the separate Glamping rooms are very confortable and fully equipped with amazing view from the terrace. An excellent sauna et jacuzzi for relaxation in the evening and some very nice reading areas and chairs. The breakfasts are exceptionnel and the hospitality is perfect. Thanks Karmen and good long life at Theodosius Forest Village a place not to miss if you are in the area.

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Theodosius forest village for the weekend. We were very lucky to got the last minute free cottage called Romantično gnezdece z bralno nišo. The cottage was very beautiful😍. The staff was very hospitable and nice. At the night we enyoyed the forest sauna and at the morning we had a delicious breakfast on the terrace of our cottage with a great view of the vineyards and the Vipava valley. We really enyojed and relaxed.

Amazing place in the middle of the pine forest, modern and stylish, very comfortable, clean, romantic, every detail is well thought, the host Andreja is one of the kindest persons I have ever met. The restaurant Theodosius, just a step away, is one of the best restaurants in the Vipava valley, with the great sellection of local wines. Chef Gregor brings You breakfast in the korb to enjoy it on the sunny terrace, listening birds singing. I recommend Theodosius Forest Village to eveyone who wants to relax and enjoy in the nature with a beutiful view of the valley. Perfect romantic vacation. Great eno-gastronomic experience. Cycling, climbing, hiking... Carpe diem! Caan't wait to come again!

We stayed there for two nights in August 2020 and loved it so much that we will come back soon for sure. The houses are very exquisite and modern and offer everything you need for a pleasant stay. The village itself is located in a small forest next to the restaurant where they serve excellent breakfast and dinner. There is also a private sauna and jacuzzi, lots of deckchairs and everything you need for a perfect relaxation. For recommendations on what to do in Vipava valley just ask the girls in the receptions, they will gladly tell you everything about it, give you suggestions and help you if anything is needed. This was definetly the perfect weekend getaway!

A wonderful tranquil place with very modern bush rooms in a forest. This is back to nature in a super comfortable way. The beds are splendid, it is super clean. The jacuzzi and sauna give a special touch to this place. The people are very helpful and they give you real personal attention. This is the best accommodation we have had in Slovenia.

We’ve visited the village at the beginning of June and let me tell you this place is something else! 😍 Amazing nature, comfort and friendliness, a space is calm and it recharges. you. So glad we took two of the ritual massages at the outside pavilion in the middle of the nature with the best view, just incredible!
