I stayed there during a business trip to Ajdovscina. It's 5 min drive away, room was cleaned, stuff is frienldy and I even borrowed a bike for free. Room has some unique 90s gadgets and casette player and Gameboy that I found them really cool :)

We spent there one weekend and liked it. I recommend Borea rooms because owners are really friendly, rooms are clean, location is great. It is close to Vipava, Ajdovščina, if you want to visit any wine cellar, go to hike for example to Otliško okno.

We had a really good time in Vipava Valley. Our family stayed in Borea Rooms in Budanje and we booked the whole floor. Elena and Bostjan were very friendly and helpful hosts. Rooms were clean and modern and hosts have us great recommendation for local restaurants.

We stayed there for 2 nights. It was a great place to sleep while discovering Vipava valley. Owners are nice and the place is clean and quiet. We got some great local helpfull tips about restaurants and things to see in the area. I recommend!

Me and my husband spent here two nights and we loved it! Owners offer free bike rental and we went to some wine cellars that are aprox. 15 minutes from the house. On the way we stopped in Vipava and had a great meal. The second day we went hiking to mount Nanos that has spectacular view of the valley. The accommodation is cozy and have nice features. Thumb up!
