The homestay is very near the entrance of the park and only 300 meters away from the beach which makes it very convenient to stay at when travelling to Tangkoko. Room is basic but cheap, including 3 meals. It is clean and bed is comfortable enough. Bathroom has occidental toilet and shower but only cold water. Food was good, I...

Stayed here for 2 nights to visit the national park. The entrance is just around the corner and the guide of the homestay, Ifon, is really good. She knew where to find all the monkeys, birds and other fauna and could talk about with enthusiasm. Food is also fine and the lovely (black-sanded) beach is a short 5 minute walk.

We spend two nights here and had a great stay. As others have pointed out the rooms are basic but everything works (we had no issues with the air con). Everyone was extremely friendly. On the 31st they were preparing special traditional new years dishes which they explained to us, it was really interesting. The next day we were invited...

I stayed one night. My plan was originally to stay two, but I didn't like the place. It was pretty dark and dingy, with very average food. In need of renovation and renewal. Nice people, but there are probably better places near the park.

We stayed here just for one night in August and did a tour of the park in the afternoon and in the early morning. The room was spacious and clean but the Aircon didnt work at all and the bathroom was very grubby, damp and dark. The staff didnt seem to speak hardly any English but it was easy enough...

I was at Tarsius with my boyfriend to visit Tangkoko National Park. The home stay is right next to the park entrance. Rooms are basic but very clean and the owners are locals ex Rangers that would do anything to make you feel comfortable. We payed 150.000 rupiahs per day per person including three meals that were abundant and of...

Tarsius is right at the etrance to the park. Helpfull staff, Marcel is a very good guide for birdwatching trips. Quite good food. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay. The dolphin trip in the morning is great. We saw at least 150 dolphins and swimming with thema was unforgettable.

Our room (#7) was clear and quite clean, and the owner, a very friendly guy, speaks a good English. The price was 150.000 Rp/pax/day including 3 meals, which I found a bit high for a simple stay in the countryside. Food was below average, very simple and repetitive (not even fresh fish, plain rice, vegetables...). Laundry is HORRIBLE: they stained...

First, if you are in the region do visit the park. Some nice wildlife to see and it is easy accessible. To the homestay: Rooms have been described below correctly. I just would warn you of the laundry-service. They tore my trousers apart beyond repair and did not even tell me this. I just put them back in my bag...

We stayed for two nights and thought it was a great place to stay. Yes it is simple but for a homestay it ticks all the boxes. We stayed in one of the rooms with a bathroom and it comfortable. We had a cold shower and not basin but that is just the way it is in small hotels in...
