This is the second trip I have taken with Bio Bio Expeditions. They are a class act that provides a truly wonderful experience for all. The food is incredible, the wine flows freely, the accommodation clean & comfortable. This specific location is a true bucket list site. The Bio Bio team literally become like a member of the family. We spent 9 glorious days at the biobio camp and cannot say enough about how amazing it was. The river is legendary and didn't disappoint. Being off the grid in our riverside tents was awesome but we did not feel like we were roughing it. The food, drink, and hospitality was too notch (there was a brewmaster on site!). The...

If you like barreling through Class V rapids, fishing for rainbows and brown trout, making friends with adventurers from around the world, and having an epic time then this trip is for you. Rock'n Ron and I spent over a week at the river camp and had a great time. The camp is a top notch rustic venue with cabin/tents...

I love outdoor adventure trips and I've taken a lot of them - Grand Canyon, Middle Salmon, Cataract Canyon, Chilko to name a few - but this one caught me by surprise. I never ever expected -- a) my tent to overlook an incredible blue-green river and be pitched in something much more structural than expected. It sits on a...

Since coming back from the Fu, I have wondered where my tent captain with my morning coffee is today! I guess that is another thing you have to get used to when you come back to reality from the Fu! We are super happy to hear that you had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities the camp has...

I went down to Chile to do some kayaking which culminated with a week at Bio Bio. The camp is Swiss Family Robinson style luxury with wood oven hot tubs, nice showers, and safari tents looking over the river. The guides are very knowledgable, and were a blast to paddle with - great selection of boats and gear if you...

So here goes another five star review, and Bio Bio deserves every single one of them. My best friend and I took ourselves on this trip as a 40th birthday present to ourselves. We had the most fantastic adventure and laughed for 10 days straight. The guides were charming (and safety focused), the rafting stupendous, the location stunning. And the...
