The hotel is very good. Everything works. Staff are nuce and atentive. Rooms spacious and comfortable. And the hotel interiror is original and very well decorated. Located very near Coyhaiques main square it is a very attractive stop while travelling the carretera austral.

The hotel Dreams is very large and has good rooms which are alike all those large hotels. The beds are comfortable and the shower as well. The rooms is quite large and you have a nice view. The restaurant is not so good. We had breakfast here and dinner. Breakfast was average. The number of items on the dinner menu...

We have been at this hotel many times since my husband loves fly fishing. While he fishes I enjoy the spa, the sauna and the heated swimming pool. A stroll in the city is great too. I enjoy the small craft market. Rooms at the hotel are very comfortables and breakfast is very good with a great selection of food

The rooms and the reception was great. Many thanks to the attentive bellhop and front desk or all their help I must send a special thanks to the staff of the Aiken restaurant, specifically Juan Gonzalez, Marisol Sanhueza, and Javier (the supervisor) for their warm and graceful attention during our meals there. I hope to come back very soon.

Two night reservation to do some sightseeing in the area. The first night was fine - rooms are well appointed. No-one appears to eat at the in-house restaurant though - we followed the crowd to La Casona Restaurante over the road and it was great (book or go before 9pm!) On our return from the day out, we entered our...

The location of our suite was above the ocean. The view was very relaxing and breathtaking. The room was really huge with a lot of space. Same was the bathroom and the closet's area. The only problem was that some of the front desk people did not speak English.

Friendly check in. Good rooms (we had an executive room). Long faces by the waitresses in the restaurant as there were a little too much guest for them. We could only have a drink if we had some food. And that food could only be some sandwiches which she was unable to describe in English. This made us decide to...

This is by far the best hotel to stay in Coyhaique. Large rooms, great customer service, friendly multilingual staff. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay there if I ever return to this nice town.

This is nicely-built five story hotel connected to a casino and event space. It looked liked somebody put some thought into the hotel. Our room on the fourth floor was fairly good sized with a very large king-size bed. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower stall, but was kind of tight in the vanity area of the sink....

After a long journey down from San Pedro de Atacama in the North, we were thrilled to check in to Dreams de la Patagonia. This is a classy and welcoming hotel in a good part of town. It’s easily reached as you drive in from the airport. The bedrooms are quite something: large, great views, spotlessly clean, and beautifully fitted...
