The hotel is beautifully decorated, the different rooms contain many wooden components and are functional and cozy, at the same time with enough storage space and sockets. The Seaview Suite is highly recommended! Very special is the location of the massage and the treatments offered are top! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, coupled with the natural Thai warmth. The food is delicious and the wine selection good. Breakfast exceeded our expectations! There was nothing missing on the rich buffet. The egg dishes station left nothing to be desired, as did the juice bar. The pool is beautifully landscaped, the sea is clean and the longtail boat to Hong Bay departs low threshold directly on the hotel beach. SUP and kayak rentals are free, as are the yoga sessions offered in the morning. You can enjoy the tranquility there, there are various different possibilities of lying areas on the hotel and of course also drive to Krabi town or other beaches. Our stay was rounded off by the well-organized celebrations of Loy Krathong including the homemade Krathong.

We were on a round trip from Phuket via Kao Lak to Krabi and then on to Bangkok. We (4 adults and 1 baby) spent 6 nights at The Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort. This is an exceptionally beautiful hotel complex that blends wonderfully into the surrounding nature. This is not a conventional hotel; rather, there are many small houses with beautiful architecture spread out in a dreamy garden area. We had a room on the upper floor that was furnished with very beautiful solid wood furniture. The bathroom was also exceptional; the shower and bathtub were outside and completely enclosed by a natural stone wall. It was a pleasure to shower there. We ate all our meals in the hotel - excellent food. The restaurant was right next to the hotel's own beach and while eating you had a clear view of the beautiful Andaman Sea with the beautiful rocks in the sea. The seating is surrounded by ponds in which koi swim. The hotel is far from the hustle and bustle and is an oasis of calm. There are no ugly parasols on the beach; instead, overhanging trees provide shade. There are no beach chairs here, but rather comfortable natural-colored beach bags that are loosely scattered on the beach. In addition to a swim in the sea, you can also use the wonderful large pool in the complex - this is adjacent to the wellness center, where massages are offered. In the morning, individual longtail boats wait directly on the beach to take you to Hong Island opposite. This is an uninhabited nature reserve with a beautiful bathing bay - an absolute must if you are in Tubkaak Krabi. We can recommend this hotel without reservation.
What also has to be mentioned is the very friendly hotel staff and their hotel manager David.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Tubkaak Boutique Resort and are desperately hoping to go back really soon! We were picked up from the airport in a wonderfully comfortable, air conditioned van with bottled water for each of us. On arrival we were given refreshing towels and the most delicious juice we'd ever tasted! (Longan Juice). Their friendly welcome really set us up for the best honeymoon we could have hoped for. Their customer service was incredible, always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was gorgeous with an outdoor bath and shower which we looved, kept very clean and they don't unnecessarily wash sheets/towels every day, only when you ask which we really liked. We loved the food at their restaurants so much that we barely ate out, which did result in a pretty hefty food bill which we paid every so often as we knew it would rack up charging everything to our room. But we were happy to do it as everything was just so delicious and we enjoyed when they recommended things to us too! Thita, Laila and Film stood out to us the most, always anticipated our needs and were just so friendly and helpful. We never got the names of the ladies and gentlemen serving breakfast (especially cooked bits - eggs, waffles etc) but they were also very friendly and accommodating. The resort has a good enough gym for holiday workouts and plenty of space to do your own thing if you want (I did yoga/pilates outside their empty class rooms some times). The beach is literally at the bottom of resort which was great. Kraabi town is only about 15 mins away so that was fun to go and explore a few times and we had a little night out going to a Cabaret show which we thoroughly enjoyed! On our last day we were given a small room to store our suitcases, shower, toilet and even nap/sleep and watch TV which we were so impressed with as we've never stayed any where so accommodating of late flights home. It was just such a relief and allowed us to actually enjoy our last day instead of just being uncomfortable hanging around waiting to leave for the airport. Their gift shop is full of lovely bits, we fell in love with the scent of their body wash and of course bought some for home. Oh and their spa was magical, we had a couples honeymoon massage/flower bath split over 2 days due to rain and we also had another couples massage on our second to last day, best massages ever! Overall, our experience was incredible and we would 100000% go back again, it didn't even matter that it rained some days!

We are currently staying at the Tubkaak having been here for 4 out of 5 nights. The rooms are very clean and serviced twice per day. Breakfast has a huge choice and equally well stocked whatever time you go. The gardens are well tended with streams trickling through so the whole property has q lovely tranquil feel. The beach is large and never crowded with no noisy water sports to ruin the peace. While the food is not as cheap as the smaller local restaurants the ambience of the restaurant with the fish ponds, beach, sea view and twinkling fairy lights is most enjoyable. I would happily return.

We ended our trip to Thailand at this hotel knowing we would need a peaceful and relaxing stay….it did not disappoint in any way! The grounds are fabulous, pool area spotless and the beach really well looked after. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, every single person greeted us with a warm smile and a greeting and really made us feel important and not just another visitor. Hana was lovely, as were the younger guys around the pool but in all honesty we couldn’t fault the staff. It was a lovely touch having soft drinks given out whilst sitting round the pool in the afternoon too.
Breakfast was amazing with so much choice and both restaurants served great lunch and evening meals. Be sure to take advantage of happy hour with its great choice of cocktails!
We also had a wonderful Thai massage at the spa and can highly recommend.
On our last day we weren’t leaving the hotel until 8pm and had to check out at midday so asked if we could leave our bags somewhere whilst we used the pool etc. The staff were so helpful and arranged a smaller, vacant hotel room for us to use free of charge.

The location of the hotel is a fair distance from Krabi town and Ao Nang but the hotel offers transport at an extra cost. We decided to use a local taxi service opposite as he was much cheaper and grateful for the business.
There is a 7eleven nearby which is great for snacks/beer and sun cream top up and the taxi will wait for you for no extra charge.

This trip was booked to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we are so glad we picked this hotel, we were treated so well and made to feel very special. Thank you to all the Tubkaek staff.

Perfect hotel on tubkaak beach. The hotel has the best beach in the area. The hotel has different services to hire: romantic dinner on the sand, private long tail boat excursions, Thai cooking classes, etc. (these activities are paid for), although there are some free ones such as yoga, muay thai, etc., which are worth it. prove.
Restaurant prices are double those in the area, although it is worth dining at the hotel's Aurundina restaurant with live music. The prices are European prices. If you want to eat or dine cheaper there are two restaurants on the same beach 300 meters along the beach walking: tubkaak seafood (recommended) and mama kitchen (less recommended). I would also recommend booking a night at the Reeve Beach Club in Krabi to see the sunset and the fire show, after dinner you can stroll around the night market and return to the hotel with Grab.
Highly recommended is the excursion to the island in front of the hotel, Hong Island, which you can book directly on the beach. The long tail boat owners stand next to the hotel's Arundina restaurant and wait for someone to hire them. In our case we hired a private tour to Hong Island for 2400 bahts (about 65 euros) and you have to pay 300 bahts per person when you arrive on the island because it is a national park. It is highly recommended. The excursion to Railay is somewhat more expensive (about 3,500 baths) because it is further away from the hotel. Check the weather on the day you have to do the excursion.
Regarding the Spa, it was the only thing that disappointed us, the decoration is spectacular but we expected more for the price. Without a doubt, the massages at the Oasis Spa chain are better, with similar prices, but in Krabi there are none from this chain. Perhaps it would be the only area for improvement.
The room we had, haven suite, was a front line villa with its own pool, this type of room is highly recommended as it gives you the possibility of relaxing in your own pool, enjoying dinner on the terrace etc… I would definitely recommend it.
The quality, kindness, willingness of the staff is exceptional, one of the best we have found in Thailand. Always with a smile on his mouth and trying to help you. Thank you all . In short, if I returned to Krabi I would repeat the experience at the hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in the seaview suite as part of our honeymoon trip to Thailand. Tubkaak boutique hotel far exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this hotel if we return to Thailand in the future.

Room: it was huge!! We had two bathrooms, two showers, and an outdoor bathtub. We had a day bed area in addition to the main bed, and a total of 2 TVs throughout the suite. Our balcony was literally a stones throw away from the beautiful beach and had lots of sitting areas. We really appreciated the free soft drinks in the minibar. The room was super clean and we really liked the traditional Thai decorations.

Food/drinks: there were 2 restaurants on premise - an Italian restaurant and a Thai restaurant that had some western food offerings as well. The cost of food and drinks was on the expensive side, especially wine. However, we really enjoyed the happy hour BOGO special and the drinks were super tasty!

Location: the beach and view of the islands was breathtaking. It was very nice to walk along the entire beach, especially during low tide. We saw the staff cleaning the beach every morning, which was nice as garbage would occasionally wash on the shore with the changing tides. However, the hotel is quite remote from other towns, and a taxi/transportation was required to get to other places off the resort. The staff were happy to arrange any transportation we needed, such as a taxi to the closest convenience store (about 10 minute drive) for a fair price. There were also some restaurants on other resorts along the beach, although they also were on the higher side of cost.

Amenities: we enjoyed the spa and found that they had excellent deals. We chose to book their buffet package, which included a full body massage, foot massage, and facial/body scrub - all treatments were great! The staff were also able to book for us a boat tour to nearby Hong island, which we really enjoyed. Kayaking and paddle boards were also available to use, free of charge. Complimentary yoga and Thai boxing classes were also available, but we were unable to attend them due to timing of our other tours.

Staff: everyone we met and interacted with was friendly and happy to go out of their way to make guests happy.

Our only critique would be that on Friday night there was live music (guitar and singer) which we didn’t really enjoy. The singer was not very good. It was quite loud as our room was right beside the beach where they were performing and this music took away from the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. It also went on past midnight, which was frustrating as we had an early wake up the next morning for a tour.

Your appreciation for our food and drink options, including the happy hour specials, is greatly valued, though we note your comments on the pricing. We strive to provide a balance of quality and value, and your feedback is instrumental in this effort. It's heartening to learn that the beach's beauty and our efforts to maintain its cleanliness made a positive impact on your experience. Regarding our staff, your kind words about their friendliness and dedication to guest satisfaction are truly appreciated and will be shared with the team. We sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the live music on Friday night. What a lovely hotel, the whole experience was 10 out of 10. Our room was lovely and definitely set up for a romantic or luxurious experience. The room offered high end wood decor with modern twists, we had a private pool in our own little garden and an outside bath tub. The main restaurant was nice, clean and well presented as it is surrounded like much of the hotel with lush greenery and natural ponds with Koi carp in them which guests are encouraged to feed. The manager was a warm friendly young man who stopped off often to speak to guests and to ensure that all was well. It was my birthday and he ensured that this was acknowledged with a birthday welcome banner hand made across the bed and I was bought some very nice chocolate cake. The only downside if I had to find one was that the hotel is quite remote and you do need to take a taxi to An Nang which can get a bit pricey as nothing much is close by, that said you can be driven by boat or car to all the local islands where you can spend the day. Also a minor moan was that they gave complimentary freshen up bags and beach bags but insisted that the bags were returned at the end given the cost I thought this was a little mean and a missed opportunity to advertise.

Unbelievable hotel!
Every single detail is a work of love from the modern interpreted traditional elements in the main lobby to the integrated creek coming from Naga mountain. Rooms are 10/10 clean. Housekeeping might be one of the best ever seen. Rooms are wet cleaned daily in the morning. Housekeeping returns in the evening providing fresh water and towels for the next beach trip and also in order to prepare the room for the night (AC on, bed made and blinds closed). They are the hidden champs.
The restaurant is quite pricey but also higher quality than other restaurants. Cooking class was fun but pricing was similar to Europe.
Staff is out out of this world. Beyond friendly and incredibly knowledgeable.
Highly recommend the whole Hotel!

The hotel is located on Tubkaak beach which offers an amazing view of the 13-island archipelago in the Andaman Sea. It is greatly convenient to travel to Phi Phi island and Hong island, the latter one is a must-visit place.

All of our excursions were booked at the hotel front desk on the day we checked-in. On the second day, we took a one-day trip to Phi Phi island by a private 2-engine speed boat. On the next day, we had a half-day trip to Hong island by a private long-tail boat.

The boats picked us up at Tubkaak beach just right in front of the hotel. Hotel staff helped us carry our belongings to the boats and when we came back they were at the beach to welcome us again. Very impressive.

The hotel truly embraces nature which provides a sanctuary where you can relax and rejuvenate. I had complimentary morning yoga lessons on the front lawn near the beach looking at the gorgeous Andaman sea. Priceless.

We booked 2 seaview rooms which are located just right in front of the beach. Our rooms were cozy and comfortable. The hotel property is well-maintained and clean. We had a really good sleep during our 4-night stay.

We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Arundina restaurant. Our daughters also ordered room service. The food is great. We like Pad Thai, Chicken Satay, Grilled Chicken with Sticky rice. Just a few to name. The service is superb.

Staying at the Tubkaak Krabi Boutique Resort is one of our best decisions for our family trip. We highly recommend this hotel.
