Useful stop-over on way to tunnel/ferries, but not really in 'Maidstone' Check venue if that's your destination Excellent breakfast and very comfortable room/beds, but a minor problem of human hair in bath. Too tired to complain!

We stayed for one night here and found the room to be clean, warm and comfortable. Lovely bed with a choice of pillows. Great large TV which we were able to attach out portable dvd player too easily. Close to an A road but this did not impact on our sleep. Staff friendly and helpful and had a lovely evening...

Stayed at this Hotel with my husband & some friends. From the outside we didn't think much of it, but once inside not bad. Reception area small but staff nice. Rooms were very nice, décor lovely & a lovely comfortable bed. Found the room to be cold, even when you turn the thermostat up it would keep switching itself off....

Initially the staff were difficult to find but once we did we got a table drinks and food in record time, this might have been helped by the fact it was 3pm. The food was really good Mixed...

Upon arrival at this hotel we was greeted by a lovely lady on reception but the strong smell coming from the drains meant we wanted to leave straight away, it was so bad I was almost sick whilst trying to book in, the smell had calmed though by the following day and didn't reach down to our room. The rooms...

Poor. Was told in the morning that I could use my business account card in the restaurant and when I checked in I was then told I could as the restaurant was separate from the hotel. Left me with no dinner and no drinks as I normally book all my expenses to this card. If I was told the right...

After a long day of driving this Premier Inn was a very welcomed break. The staff were very polite and informative and the room was very clean and comfortable which made for a pleasant and relaxed stay. The next time I'm in this area I will be heading here to stay.

Premier inn is definitely my favorite of the budget chains. This one didn't disappoint. The rooms are a good size, beds are really comfy, they are always clean and well maintained, and nice and quiet. There is lots of parking (go round the back...). There isn't much in the vicinity of the hotel, but if you are just using it...
