Second visit to this hotel. Rooms clean , staff attentive even at 5 .30am as we had an early departure . Fans running in both rooms on arrival as it was a warm day. Good nights sleep , minimal noise from road and no noise from other rooms .

As has become the norm when staying at Premier Inn the standards are high and well maintained, the reception staff offer a genuinely friendly welcome on arrival. Throughout my stays at Premier Inn across the country my major concerns have always been around the attached 'eateries' often mistaken for restaurants. Here at the Wateringbury although a busy evening the young...

We had a one night stopover on route to France and couldn't have wished for better. It's probably the nicest Premier Inn we've stayed at. Staff couldn't be better and the food and service in the adjacent Chef and Brewer were superb. Well worth a visit.

Just spent two nights at this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was lovely and the breakfast gave us a good start to the day. Rooms were clean and every effort had been made by housekeeping to cool the rooms. Will definitely be back here in the future!!

Stayed here because of convenient location for wedding. Room was on ground floor and to the front of the hotel and yet we were not affected by any traffic noise. A lovely room, clean and fresh. Very helpful Reception and Housekeeping staff. Mobile phone reception very poor ...only improved at front road. Had difficulty booking into restaurant for evening meal...

Stayed for one night whilst visiting the area on business. Easy to find, and despite the note that it was located near a busy road, set in pleasant surroundings and I found the road noise to be quite limited. Reception were cheerful and friendly, the room was exactly as you'd expect, well appointed with good facilities and in good condition....

My husband and I stayed for two nights at the start of June, and overall we were impressed. There were a few small issues that let the hotel down in comparison to previous Premier Inns we have stayed in, but nothing that couldn't be sorted out quickly - and they were sorted out quickly by the cheerful and efficient staff....

Transferred here from Maidstone/Sevenoaks because there was no mobile signal. Superbly handled by receptionist at Sevenoaks and equally superbly welcomed by receptionist at Wateringbury (Donna?) Showed two rooms to ensure phone signal - excellent! Will be back

Wonderful hotel, would highly recommend. Great welcome, service, very comfortable room with all the amenities, and great breakfast. Left a phone charger and they promptly sent it back to me on request. Great service.
