We booked three cottages for three families for New Years Eve for three nights. The cottages are really well done. Spotlessly clean and everything you need is thought of. Ten minutes drive from Scarborough and a shop for groceries just across the road from the cottages making it easy to buy essentials. There is a little welcome pack when you...

The cottage was fabulous, everything of high standard, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need.....even a basket, dog bowls and dog calming spray to use in case Adam was restless. The staff in...

Slightly un-usual set up, but it suited me perfectly as I could work in the kitchen on my laptop, with tea & coffee as required. Very high level of fit-out, only think missing was...

The cottages are in an excellent location for exploring the East coast resorts - particularly Scarborough, Filey, and Whitby. The village of Seamer has three great pubs, a supermarket and a really good chip shop, which is brilliant for evening relaxation after a day at the coast's The cottages themselves are superbly appointed, with excellent equipment levels and contemporary decor....

This is the third stay with these cottages and we were not surprised by the high quality of the cottage and it's amenities. A thoroughly pleasant stay again and everything about the cottage, contents and service was up to the usual high standards. We had our two grandsons eight and five with us and they were happy (again).
