I would give five stars in my very quick station here but my window was broken and the wind blowing cld make problems if the warming system was not ok . But it was . My pillow case was torn with a very significant hole . Minor things but hey! We are in Gstaad, Switzerland where the Royal Family comes...

very pleasant restaurant in Sannen with good food and Swiss white wine. Friendly staff and a very intelligent young owner a pleasure to speak to on current affairs. Went with friends on a rather miserable Sunday and had a most enjoyable simple lunch.

My wife and I wanted a clean sensibly priced hotel with a decent sized bedroom and a good restaurant for a 2 night stay. We were not disappointed. The hotel was immaculate and the bedroom although pretty basic was comfortable and airy with a good en suite bathroom. The restaurant was very pleasant and both breakfast and dinner were of...

We had a very nice time, the hotel is a historical building right in the centre of Saanen. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff all speak English and are very kind. The buffet breakfast is very good with lots of choice. We give one point less than the maximum, because there is usually no one at the...

We had an excellent stay in the hotel over the Easter period. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. As a vegetarian, I was very pleased with the care that was taken to provide me with interesting meals. We got an excellent deal (4 nights for the price of 3 with dinner included, so by Swiss...

Everything is great about this hotel. The staff are friendly, rooms cozy clean and comfortable, breakfast is great, location couldn't get any better, just a few steps from bakeries, bank, grocery, hairdresser, ski store. It is a 3 minute drive to Gstaad. A great place to stay in a quieter area with all the convenience of Gstaad. Right smack in...

Ok. Lets start from the most important. Humanity: 10 stars for that. Extremely personalised service that is for me very important. Price/quality: Considering the week of vacation of schools in Switzerland and France, demand is high and so is occupancy. If I take that into consideration I ll give it a 9. Food quality(Brakfast): Swiss quality.- I advise people that...

It is with a certain nostalgia that I look back to my stay at this hotel as it was our last night in Switzerland after a superb two week walking trip. It is located in the centre of the small town of Saanen (famous for the white goats that bear the name) and a few minutes walk from the station....
