They make you feel like you're in a normal house. It's not over the top, while still being slightly luxurious. The apartments come completely stocked with kitchen utensils, bedding, a coffeepot, any basic item that is in your house. Their pool was a bit on the small side.

This a fairly new aparta hotel; tree apartment floor with tree individual room per apartment, sharing living room, diner room, and kitchen. Each room have their own bathroom, AC, and ceiling fan. Very clean, and new furniture and kitchen appliances. Choice of renting the hole apartment or individual rooms. they are very flexible negotiator.
The location is very suitable, since nothing is to far in this costal town, however, Sweet Vacation is located at the end of the town offering more tranquility and privacy.,not to close to the center of the town -lots of action there.
Sosua beach is a few minutes away, however, there is a small beach area (playa Chiquita) close by the hotel, that is quite adequate for those looking for some privacy beach.
The outdoor swimming pool with a gazebo and grill, are perfect for gathering and sharing with others. The staff is more than wiling to cook or catering for their guetes, planing a small night party are their signature..
Yes, their staff are the stars of this place, always wiling to acomódate, your confort are their business.
I was no particular concern about the lack os chain lock, from the inside of the rooms, a couple of young ladies mention this detail to me, and I addressed their staff about. They fix that issue next day, as well, they order a card-key system at my sugestión.
They only have been in business for a few months, but they dedication to their guests and attention to details, made me think on the next visit.

This place is quite a home away from home. The manager and the administration staff is very helpful. Such a lovely place with very updated facilities. Free WiFi connection that works so well, free parking and quite secured. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Great and quiet environment. Not too far away from the town center. I spent my last part of vacation here and I enjoyed every bit of it. If you are looking for a good hotel in Sosua area, this is your best bet, you get more far than your money worth. I love this place.

Good things: It's away from the main streets, so you do not get a large level of motorbike noise. Motorbikes in the DR are everywhere, drive dangerously, pollute the air greatly and cause a lot of noise. In my opinion they need to be banned or fiercely regulated. You do however still hear the bikes a little here Even in this quiet street hotel you still are woken by very loud cockerels at 2am and of course at dawn. There are also barking dogs, another big problem in the DR everywhere.
You do not get a receipt for your cash only payment usually in the DR and this hotel adds 500 extra pesos to the amount you need to pay in peso to the official exchange rate for the price quoted in USD. Common in DR it seems. It costs you 300 peso bank charge to withdraw peso even with a zero foreign fee card in the DR.
There is hot water working ok here though shower was not very powerful. Room was clean, bed was very good. AC working well. No bad smell. There is a fridge in the room. Water bottles there which I did not use because hotels often charge some ridiculous price for a basic human right - water hydration.
Secure hotel with bars on window and locked metal doors at night. Bars on window common in DR. In my opinion overall, not too bad. To get nearer town would mean more noise I think. The cockerels should be removed in the DR, I can't think of any other place I've stayed where they are allowed to roam and disturb people's sleep

Really unusual location. It's far offside the crowded tourist areas surrounded by private housings. It's still really safe with a big gate and several doors with different keys. The owners speak little English and mainly Spanish. The rooms are located on a separated floor with own kitchen and balcony, unfortunately they are really small, only equipped with a bed, fridge and TV. The rooms have AC, the community rooms unfortunately don't. The bathroom only has a slide door which I personally don't like at all. Wifi is good. There is a nice pool and relax are outside. City center might be within 20 minutes of walking, beaches within 30 minutes. It's ok for a short stay, for a longer one I'd recommend to look for a more central location.

Best place to stay in Sosua with clean rooms, kitchen, BBQ area and nice pool. The host are very friendly, colmado has delivery as well as Pizza etc. Have your own BBQ poolside, great for kids too. Highly recommended!

I stayed there for two nights, the host is very helpful and sweet, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Fan and aircon in the room. Pool is nice and outside sitting area. Close to the beach. Absolutely loved it!

Absolutely excellent accommodation! Clean and reasonably appointed rooms with air and flat screens in all of the rooms. Hot showers and fabulous common area with full kitchen. The onsight pool area was wonderful. The hotel had a local dive shop that offered a Discover Scuba class at the pool. This is our new place to stay!!
