This beautifully appointed property has six poolside rooms which contain queen size pillow top canopy beds, air conditioning, free wifi, refrigerator, microwave, security safe, filtered clean water and 24 hour private security. Located on 1/2 acre of mature tropical landscaping. Breakfast available daily from 8:30 to 10:30 am.

Absolutely wonderful, Nikki the owner personally welcomes her guess and makes you feel at home. Garden by the sea is very clean and she's made sure that everything to make her guess comfortable is available. There is a full kitchen available or you can have the breakfast of the day for a small fee, delicious by the way! From here on forward this will be by go to place whenever am in the Sosua area.

Garden by the Sea is a pure gem! Just a 2 mins walk away from a stunning beach (the sunsets are amazing) I absolutely loved my time there!! My room was gorgeous, the property is so beautiful, Nikki is so incredibly accommodating, so lovely, charming and professional. I fell in love with the house dog Linda, what a gorgeous dog!!! She’s so friendly, to all my fellow dog lovers, you’ll melt when you meet her! Me and my family loved how private the property was, especially during these unprecedented times. It’s better to stay in places like this where you limit your interaction with people. The property is in a great part of Sosúa, so much to do and so much to see. Overall I’m dying to go back, wish we could have stayed longer. I can’t wait for our next visit. Would highly recommend!!!

Although Garden by the Sea is billed as a B&B, it is really a boutique hotel with very reasonable rates. The individual rooms are well appointed and have very comfortable beds. Nikki, the owner, is committed to making sure her guests have the best experience she can imagine, which is a lot. Her staff are lovely, attentive and prepare the most delicious breakfasts. Plan on being there for the breakfast burritos. You cannot go wrong at Garden by the Sea.

When arrived we were met by the nicest property owner. She made us feel like royalty , told my sister about it , so she is going and cant wait to return. The Hotel is very well managed and the grounds are professionally trimmed . Very exotic and very design oriented. It seems that the owner takes much pride in her hotel that’s very important in the Dominican Republic. Thank you for the wonderful stay and hope ton see you soon miss Nikki!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at this B&B. The rooms are compact but perfect with fridge & microwave and there is a fixed menu breakfast with a Dominican spin.
The beach is nearby, and there are places nearby to enjoy pools and fun for kids (Santa Fe)

This is our go too place it's peaceful, friendly, quit and very safe. You can Relax in your room or come outside to the pool area or a short 5 minutes walk to the beach. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. This was our second time staying there.

My voice will join the chorus of people who sing Ms. Nikki’s praises; and every complimentary comment is so very well deserved! She has simply thought of everything you could possibly need. We LOVED the bed with an excellent mattress and romantic four posters draped in sheer white fabric. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge that isn’t too small to store stuff, a couch that actually comfortably seats two, wi-fi, USB power plugs, closets that accommodate maxi dresses, honor bar, full use of common kitchen, suggestions for all the best things to do and places to eat, taxi transport, lush tropical grounds, spotlessly maintained pool, access to a private beach, delicious, plentiful breakfast and I could go on.
The most significant endorsement of Ms. Nikki and her tremendous team is the amount of people who keep coming back, again and again. No wonder - slipping into vacation mode is so much easier when every detail has been carefully considered and all you really need to do is enjoy the sun, sea, and wonderful people of the Dominican Republic. We’re already planning our next stay!

I stayed here at the recommendation of my good friend, Jason who lives in this area. This is an AMAZING place! So clean, peaceful, comfortable, and affordable! The host, Nikki, is very kind and I really loved all her pets who are so sweet and add to the ambiance and relaxed qualities of this place.

I stayed at Garden by the Sea in June 2024. I stayed here in large part because of the reviews I read on this site. This place did not disappoint. Being from America, I was excited to receive some American hospitality from Nikki who was mentioned in many of the reviews. She was great! I felt more like I was a guest in her guest room than I felt like I was at a hotel. The place is small, maybe 8 rooms I think I saw. The room wasn't large, but perfect for a couple and very clean. The shower was bigger and better than most I've had staying in the DR. The place was super quiet, which for me is a good thing. I believe only one other family (taking up maybe 2 or 3 rooms) were there during my 3 night stay.  I've never stayed at a bed and breakfast, so maybe it's normal, but the family style breakfast was different. There is a beach within walking distance, but very secluded. Not a place I would feel comfortable at closer to dark. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere, but action is just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

They probably can set something up for you to be picked up at airport . Also I'm DR they have what they call "mercados" in every neighborhood , like a small convenience that will deliver to you at no cost. Really cool!
