Immersed in a 2000 squared meters tropical garden, the 7 bungalows of "Natura Village" pose themselves as true gems set within a natural oasis located only 200 meters from Sosua's town center and 400 from the main beach. Typical European and local services, together with a rigorous respect for the natural surroundings, allowed us to obtain a familiar, cozy and natural location without having to give-up on international comforts. Tranquillity, privacy and assistance, rule over a town that has much to offer for a short holiday or a longer permanence beyond the artificial "all-inclusive" packages, allowing visitors to live, from day one, a true, vibrant and extremely fascinating Dominican Republic.

I booked this gem of a hotel looking for an experience far away from an all inclusive, busy hotel and I was not disappointed. The setting is lush, the bungalows are comfortable with everything that you need for a wonderful vacation and the hosts, Elisabetta and Carlos ensure you get everything you expect. The pool is perfect, the gardens are well kept and you feel you are deep in nature even though the main street is only steps away. The grocery store is around the corner and the kitchenette is more than adequate for any meals you may wish to prepare. We've been eating fresh mangos all week as they fall off the tree. I would highly recommended this choice of accommodation here in Sosua and I know we will be back soon.

I have been here for about two weeks and I enjoyed even the raining days thanks of the great company of the two owners, Elisabetta and Carlo, great entertainment people, and even great chefs...
The bungalows have everything you need, they are very clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful and Carlo takes care of it everyday like I never saw in my life.
It is a very safe place, just outside of the crowed area, with a supermarket at 2 minute walk.
Restaurants and bars are at an extra minute...
The beach of Sosua is at 5, and you can easily walk back even in a hot day.
I will definitely come back and I will recommend this place to all my friends.

We found this place on booking.com while looking for a place to stay overnight for our trip to the 27 waterfalls. The price is good, and just around an hour to drive to the 27 waterfalls. You stay in your own little bungalow. They have a pool and you have breakfast in the lovely garden. Elisabetta was really helpful in giving us directions. (We were lost, because our car didn't have gps, and our internet connection on our iphone was out) She went to get us, when we were only one street away from the hotel. Breakfast is amazing with everything you want.

The complex has had a new owner since this year. And you can tell from the quality of the complex: unfortunately negative!

We have been there for the 3rd year in a row and will not be coming back!

- no thorough cleaning in the bungalows
- pool was no longer cleaned and therefore the water quality was poor!
- you could tell that the staff wanted extra money for everything towards the end of the stay!
- etc...

Since we lived in Sosua for a while, we know our way around here too: we will be booking new accommodation in the future!

It's a shame about this beautiful complex, but it all depends on the staff on site!

Comfortable, private, beautiful gardens, nice pool, gracious hosts. Kitchen with 4 burner stove and oven, refrigerator, separate bedroom, very nice bathroom. We saved money with fixing our own breakfast. Large grocery store is a short walk and the beach not too much further. This is our first choice for a stay in Sosua.

We are now Day 11 of our stay at the Natura Village and it is an Oasis. The hosts are charming and helpfull. The lodgings are spacious, practical and clean.
We are far from the noise of downtown Sosua eventhough, we are only a five minute walk away
from a supermercado and the Sosua Beach, a 10 minute walk from Playa Alicia (a nice beach less noisy than the former), a 30 minute walk from Playa Chiquita, a tiny beach you may enjoy all to yourself....if you can find it.
Best choice we could have made.

Just a few mins walk from Sosua main street and you are in a different world, a beautiful tropical garden with a small pool and friendly hosts.

The rooms are self contained, spacious, have cooking facilities, tv, satellite (with weird spanish programs), a fridge and a safe. The apartment is air conditioned. There is a dining table on the shady patio.

DO NOT miss the breakfast, for five bucks it is amazing with fresh fruits, home made conserve, pancakes, eggs bacon, juice, coffee and it is yum, yum, yum.

The main gate is closed at night and they have a security guard, so that is nice you can feel secure.

We were in room five, some seeds from the tree above keep falling on the roof which was a bit startling in the night, especially at the beginning. We didn't mind too much but if you are a light sleeper you might choose a different bungalow.

We ate fresh mangos off the lawn, mmmmmmmmmmmm.

The hosts are really perfect, friendly and helpful. They have created a really perfect little place and I am sure they will be very successful with their attitude and style.

If you have to visit Sosua then this is really the spot to be!

We went diving with North Coast Divers and this accommodation is only five minutes walk from the dive base. Also only ten minutes walk from Sosua Beach and many bars and restaurants. It is really a good location.

We love this place.

Thank you Elizabetha and Carlos.

All very clean and comfortable. Very close to the city and incredibly quiet.
The owners, a couple of Italians, friendly and helpful.
We only spend 2 days and one night at the place, which is ideal for visitors with a limited budget. The rooms are simple but very clean, with air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi included, the water pressure is good.
Nice garden and pool and good security and parking. In short: this is a great place, with nice people who are working hard. The very good pool! My 2 children loved the place!
I would definitely recommend it and would go back.

Cute little bungalows set in a lovely garden.
Good value for money, walking distance to bars, restaurants, beach and grocery store, no need for a car.
Host went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
We will return

Definitely not an "all inclusive" but clean and comfortable, very close to town and, incredibly, quiet. Elizabetta, the Italian owner, makes the place! She is very friendly and helpful and has a very pleasant personality. Carlo, her husband, also, although he is a quiet and more reserve man (rare for an Italian!) We spent three nights at the location which is great for backpackers and visitors in a budget. Rooms are spartan but very clean with A/C, TV and Wi-fi included, water pressure is good, and our host was generous, giving us coffee and the occasional cigarette (yes, I do sometimes indulge!) Nice garden and swimming pool and good security and parking. In summary: If you are not in honeymoon or part of the "jet set" crowd or expect fancy luxury at a budget price this is a great place, with nice people who are working hard to please and develop their little place into its full potential!
