Infiniti Blu is a beautiful and well maintained residential area. Premium Club membership provides a lot of useful services (weekly cleaning, water delivery, monthly brunch, etc.). The staff is always friendly, helpful and cheerful. Apartment K3B is very comfortable, nicely furnished and includes lots of useful utensils. Plenty of different storage spaces to use if you come for a longer stay. Nice view at the garden and pool. Anytime you need support or when something is not working, the team reacts immediately and takes care of the issue. The common areas are also lovely and clean. WiFi coverage even on the beach. Silke and her team make you feel welcome and taken care of. This was an amazing 9 weeks stay and we will definitely come back. There is honestly nothing negative that can be said. THANK YOU!

We just loved everything here. We stayed in a townhouse which was very large and comfortable, it slept 8 without a problem really although perhaps it it was all adults 6 would be optimal. The resort was really beautiful - the two pools were excellent but in particular the infinity pool by the beach was wonderful. It also had the bar right next to it and plenty of loungers with a beautiful view. The beach itself was fantastic also. Lovely sand and very clear waters. The service was excellent and the staff were really friendly. It also felt very secure as they controlled access to the resort and had plenty of security staff around. We ate quite a lot in the resort. The included breakfast was good enough, quite varied. The menu was also very good at other times of the day and we really enjoyed all the things we had including the churrasco, the chicken, the seafood pasta, the club sandwich etc. Maybe the pizza wasn't amazing but it was fine. The good was not very cheap to be honest but nothing crazy. The only issue to note is that the surrounding area is not very nice to be honest, you would not really walk from here to anywhere (we were here with Dominicans and this was their advice) but this didn't ultimately bother us much. We just did some shopping and ate at the resort itself.
We will definitely go back when we have a chance.

Other than the TV not working for the first few days my friends & I enjoyed our stay. The view was great & the condo layout was great. My only issue is I wish the front desk did a better job communicating on why the TV wasn’t working.

check in representative not friendly. i rented 2 bedroom deluxe oceanfront villa. upon check in representative did not provide any information about how often unit would be cleaned or where trash could be dispose. on top of that I was told I needed to pay a $300 security deposit. this was never mentioned in the booking process or documents. villa was clean however it only has one TV in the entire villa. no TVs in bedrooms. also if you like cats you will love the property as they are every where.

We enjoyed an amazing dinner in the beautifully decorated restaurant. The chef really knows his way around all courses - salad dressing was freshly made and very flavourful, pasta cooked to perfection with choices of sauce and seafood, salmon and mahi mahi also presented very well. Desserts were delicious! Service by Wilton was top-notch! We would cheerfully enjoy the experience again. Take your time, relax, and enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Always excellent every time I visit . Security always good so is management. The hold complex is so nicely keep up. You don’t even see a piece of paper no where. Also housekeeping does a wonderful job every time I visit.

I always come back to Infinity, its a great, comfortable and private place with excellent view to the beach. The only thing is with the air conditioner in penthouses or top floors, they are to small for the space and never gets cool enough. I try to ask for lower level apartments. The staff is really nice.

We had the best stay we could imagine and we already booked another one. It was nearly empty in June which might not suit all, but it did suit us. The location is exceptional. I would highly recommend it for a long term stay for more independent people

Booked an oceanfront condo here for 10 people in May 2015 about 2-3 mos in advance. About a month before our trip, I receive an Email from Fabio who manages the place that the complex changed their policy and they can only accommodate 7 and to book another room. My friend books another room and then is offered an upgrade for additional money. We decided we would so we can be comfortable...
That's when the problems began. The other gentlemen named Jens asks us to upgrade one of our penthouses which is a garden penthouse to a oceanfront. We don't want nor need to and decline. He then states it only costs xxx more and he will otherwise cancel our booking and move our party to another property!! We booked based on what we saw, how can you move us without our approval to a completely different complex that we haven't even seen??!! The people who work here are salesmen and just want to upsell the residences and if/when you refuse they simply push you out and into a lower property. Beware these places are used to bait people....

Dear Sir  My name is Sepehrdad Sadeghi and I am the developer of Infiniti Blu. Infiniti Blu is a condo community where 90 condos belong to more than 40 different owners. My company owns and manages more than half of these condos with our professional team of 28 employees and this is our tripadvisor page. We are sorry that you had to experience this kind of unprofessional treatment in our little paradise but this happened because you rented one of the condos which is not managed by us then by the agents you are mentioning in your review with whom we do not have any kind of commercial ties. These agents knock on the doors of some owners who don’t leave in the DR in order to manage their condos and how well they are doing it shows your example.  Making a long story short you wrote your review on the wrong place. The agents who rented you the condo obviously don’t have a website or a tripadvisor page. If you read other reviews of clients who stayed with us you will see that nobody experienced this kind of issues with our management.  We offer 7 days a week concierge service in our state of the art lobby, airport pickup and drop off, 24/7 technical support and daily cleaning, bed sheet and towel exchange. Besides that we offer our clients complimentary watersport equipment, golf cart, a weekly brunch and much more. Soon we will have fiber optic ultra fast internet in all our condos so you don’t need to rely on the Wifi.  We hope that next time you book your condo with the creator of Infiniti Blu and not with some unprofessional agents who try to make a living by managing a couple of units. We will assure you that the problems you had to experience have nothing to do with Infiniti Blu and it will be a pleasure for us to show you the real Infiniti Blu life style. Hi! The one-bedroom units will be available in April 2020. Regarding prostitution, the government is really taking the necessary measures to end it. A few months ago, many bars that were frequented by sex tourists were shut down. To answer your question, my recommendation would be to use common sense and avoid streets with many bars very late at night. Hope this helps!
I have stayed there many times and they adjust the rules as they see fit. If you want to be treat like an adult, then find another place to stay. They talk about rules they are listed but they enforce them when they want. You should not pay fair money and have a time limit put on when you can have guest. It doesn’t matter how they are dress no one can have guess after 12am.
